This bathhouse is modeled after a Russian Banya and contains a dry sauna, wet sauna, steam room,…read morecold plunge & bucket, resting/common area, and a dining room. With the entrance fee, you are given a towel, bathrobe, and a bracelet for a locker. You can also opt for different add-ons for your experience such as an exfoliator/scrub or a sauna hat. They do not offer slippers so bring your own if you prefer them. I found the saunas hot enough as I have a low heat tolerance. The cold bucket plunge was also refreshing after the sauna. The cold plunge is a well that states a one person limit, though many people went in with 2-3 people at a time. The entire atmosphere reminds you of a cottage getaway. Afterward, we went to the dining area where they offer complimentary tea at the cutest tea station. They also make homemade kombucha and offer pickle vodka shots. We ordered the borsht, cabbage rolls, dumplings, herring, and the sourdough pancakes. Right off the bat, everything was delicious. The borsht was probably one of the best I've ever tasted, especially with the sour cream and the tanginess of the broth. The cabbage rolls were juicy and seasoned well, the sourdough pancakes tasted like fried dough and had a rich buttery flavour as opposed to the sweet, cakiness you would expect from a pancake. But the most surprising was the herring, which came with pickled cabbage on top and was incredibly tasty. Definitely give this a try if you visit. The drinks were also made strong, despite the low price ($11-15 for a cocktail). We all agreed that we should return just for the food alone!

Scrubs are five dollars for purchase which actually is kinda crazy considering the size but I came for the full experience so you bet I bought one for the steam room. The sauna and steam rooms were INSANELY hot and the cold plunge was INSANELY cold. It was FANTASTIC lol! It was so foggy in the steam room I literally could barely see anyone else and my nostrils were burning from the heat. The water in the pool was nice and cold though and really helped keep cool in there. The larger sauna was super relaxing temperature wise and more for chilling out. If the cold plunge was too extreme there was also a chain and bucket that release cold water that was not nearly as freezing. There was a lovely cozy rest area with dim lights and a tv and in the nook of the dining area a plethora of stunning herbal, aromatic and fruity teas. As for the food itself, AWESOME. There were plenty of options for me as someone who only eats halal meat and has to otherwise be vegetarian or pescatarian in the event meat is not halal. I had potato pelmeni and the bowl was LOADED. I was in absolute BLISS. The mushroom julienne was a pool of cheese, cream and mushrooms, what was there not to like there??? The bread was the only meh part of it all. The sour cream cake was lovely and fluffy. Very homemade vibes. I loved the experience and would absolutely come back again!

This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. The massage therapists are great, they really focus on relaxation and comfort. All the other employees are also very helpful and warm. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

The store display was so neatly organized. I had booked a Facial for 50 Mins with Shannon. She spent a few minutes before the treatment going over all the facials they do and having a look at my skin to see which treatment would be better. We decided on doing the Vinoperfect Facial. The treat room was so nice and cozy, with a heated bed. The treatment was super relaxing with the hand/foot massage. I felt super light after the treatment. Took an extra few minutes to get out of the bed after the facial finished. My hyperpigmentation on my skin was instantly better, skin felt hydrated and soft. I need to book a facial again soon! As I had such a good experience the first time.

Reason the Second: I found a great deal on Travelzoo that I couldn't pass up. I absolutely love facials and this was one of the best ones I've had. The esthetician, Gordana, was wonderful. She recommended a hyper-moisturizing facial that was hydrating, relaxing and effective. The experience involved all the typical trappings of a facial (creams, hot towels, steam, extractions, etc) and a truly delightful and unexpected back and foot massage. After the massage, Gordana recommended a number of products, but was not at all pushy about making a sale. I ended up purchasing two products all the same. This spa is small, but the attention to detail is there. It's a one-of-a-kind experience that's as zen as it is hydrating.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I was hired as a hair assistant, trained for two days,…read moreand then told to text my availability. I sent it right away and was told I would be working on certain days -- but when I followed up to confirm my schedule, nobody answered me. I reached out to multiple people, including the manager who interviewed me, and still got ignored. This is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for people's time. If this is how they treat new staff, I can only imagine how disorganized things are behind the scenes. I wasted my time and energy, and I wouldn't trust a business that operates like this.

Her teacher, who is very impressive and knows everything about hairstyles and trends.. came over to do a once over to make sure my cut was perfect. He gave it a little fix and voila.. bombshell! Very happy with Telaiya and the rest of the Donato team. Thank you! Telaiya. I wish you all the success in your new career!
