OxiFresh was my ride-or-die back when I lived there -- their cleaning is genuinely stellar, no notes. But oh boy, did Corporate have other plans for me. I called the franchise location directly and got connected to what I can only describe as a human answering machine with a script and zero problem-solving skills. She asked for my zip code, discovered I was ONE town over from their service area, and essentially said "not my problem" with a smile in her voice. Fine. I escalated to their big, shiny nationwide toll-free number -- you know, the one that implies they can help anyone, anywhere. Same song, different robot. And when I asked if they could at least point me toward someone who could help? Crickets. Loud, echoing, maddening crickets. So here I am, managing a 2,500-mile gap, a time zone difference, and a corporate policy so rigid it apparently can't bend one zip code for a loyal customer. I eventually found a local mom-and-pop shop that's been in business for 38+ years -- and shockingly, they acted like they actually wanted my business. Imagine that! OxiFresh, your cleaning crew is amazing. Your corporate policy department, however, needs a deep clean of its own.

They…read morevaried by about $100 but my experience told me that the cheapest quote would invariably go up in price after the job started because low ball quotes are just bait and switch surprises waiting to happen. So I chose Powerpro Carpet Cleaning and I couldn't be happier with the result. Firstly I must mention that Rich who came to do the job was courteous and very thorough and took NO shortcuts, after he was finished my carpet looked almost brand new and that's quite an accomplishment with 15 year old carpet that had never been cleaned before. I would tell you that if you hire him to do the job you won't be disappointed! You'll really like the result. From now on I'll never use any one else. ADDENDUM: After waiting overnight so the carpet had time to dry and then vacuuming the carpet as they suggested it looks even better as they said it would.
