I don't often write reviews, but wanted to recommend Oxi Fresh. My dad's carpets hadn't been cleaned in decades (maybe ever??) and were in rough shape. Since I don't live in the area, I looked at reviews online and found Oxi Fresh. I was given a quote on the phone and able to schedule a cleaning fairly quickly. The owner, Robin, was communicative throughout the entire process. He was efficient and did a wonderful job. I also found their current promotions very affordable. Fast, efficient and professional. I was having some allergy issues and needed my couch and rug professionally cleaned. They were super detailed and cleaned every little crack, I've never seen my couch so clean, since I have a toddler and a cat. I will have them come again for sure. I have to say I'm usually a bit skeptical about using a new company for anything obviously because I'm never sure how the service will be. Well, my husband booked Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to come in and clean our carpets this morning and to be completely honest I couldn't be happier with the final result. Robin, the owner, was the person who came to do clean carpets and he couldn't have been more professional, patient, humble and informative. To begin with Robin gave us a courtesy phone call before he arrived which I love because we are last minute people. The phone call is defintely helpful. When Robin arrived he started right away... I asked him if he could add my daughters room and the hallway and he was fine with it. The space is quite small but it was kind of him to do that for us. He showed me the machine and explained how it works, it helped with my skepticism and made me more comfortable in believing that our rugs will be cleaned well and look great. Anyway, he was quick, the carpets came out beautiful and his price was excellent!!! We called oxi clean because we had water damage in our basement. To tell you the honest truth we where just gonna get a new carpet but thought maybe we could just try oxi. Wife thought it was just a waist of money . The Oxi fresh process got out all my water damage and even some old spilled wine. Then whole house just smells fresh! So glad I gave it a try. Best part of it all is When my wife got home. I got to say I told you so. The owner Robin did an awesome job. We where extremely impressed with his professionalism. Was well worth the couple of bucks vs the 6000 the carpet guy quoted me for the new carpet! read more
