When someone hears that it is a bakery that is gluten-free and no refined sugars. All organic with good quality ingredients you start to wonder as my sister did, how it will taste well? Let me tell you it is divine. We tasted the orange cranberry scone and it was delicious. Moist and every flavor hit your tongue like a dance. Since we hadn't been here in five years, I mentioned to our waiter how much I was craving a bowl, and he went out of his way to make it happen. That level of service alone made the visit memorable. I also ordered the Velvet Smoke mezcal cocktail, and wow, it was exceptional. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too strong. The smoky notes were present but not overpowering, and the nixta slate liqueurs, or heat and bitters brought everything together beautifully. Great service, great drinks, and a team that's willing to go the extra mile. Definitely worth the stop.

First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Super cute shop with locally made art and goods for sale as well as games and entertainment for diners. Also, I am not gluten free and the bread is delicious to me. Cabbage seemed to be braised in a heavy Cayenne Pepper broth. It was inedible. The Champs were so bland that you had to shake the hell put of the Salt and Pepper. The Corned Beef without the Mustard sauce was actually pretty good, but so much was slathered with the mustard sauce that it just isn't worth ordering. Bottom line, here is how it breaks down: Service: 5/5. The bartender tonight was exceptional! Food: 3/5 at best due to the second entree ordered (fish & chips) being REALLY GOOD. Overall: 4-5*. The Fish & Chips saved this entire meal. There are a number of things to order from the menu at the bar. Obviously I would stay away from the CB, but I would definitely recommend the fish and chips! When I come back to Pueblo, I would definitely consider coming back here.

This mom & pop place is LEGIT! We will definitely be back. I don't recall everything I mentioned the first time around... They have sandwich combos for $16. We had the Italian and the muffuletta. The sandwiches really were large enough to share. Combos come with a canned soda and a bag of Lay's. Very very good. sandwiches. Also picked up some house made tortellini, and some Green Chile Breakfast Sausage (which was amazing). When you pull up to Gagliano's you'll feel like it's a blast from the past. And when you walk in, you complete the time machine experience. Such a rad place. The staff was super kind and welcoming.
