Finally, they will outsource you to an independent contractor company, which will never respond to your calls. The idea is to avoid until you forget about warranty and move on without it. I have a similar experience with Builders First Source for my other home in Lakeview Retreat, Richmond TX which was built by D.R. Horton, which also have foggy windows after the first year. Instead, they chose silence, leaving a customer who has been patient and cooperative for years without any resolution. I've emailed and have yet to get a response back. I can't fathom there only being a one year warranty on cabinets that cost so much. I've had issues with dealing with Wisenbaker from the start. I'm trying to remain optimistic that I'll get a response back and that they'll stand behind their product and rectify these issues. I'll update once and if that happens.
