I took the vehicle to a different shop in Greensboro and they were unable to look at it for some reason. While the first shop didn't charge me because they didn't find anything wrong, I am glad to have broken down again because I think that this shop has treated my vehicle like their own. Here at Total Diesel Repair, they called me back within 30 minutes of me leaving a voicemail at 8am. They got me worked in even though they were short two technicians today. They took my problems seriously even though I happen to not know much about vehicles. I described the problem and then they were able to look at it right away and tell me what the parts did and why it was not working properly. They treated my vehicle like it was their own personal vehicle. Right now I'm still in the waiting room because I've been traveling and I have nowhere else to go. They have provided excellent customer service during my time here. I'm hoping for the vehicle to be fixed today but in the off chance it isn't ready, I don't mind to wait even though I'm from out of state and have to find lodging for the evening. I feel very confident that they're getting the job done right and I'm glad I've chosen them to work on my school bus.

I paid over $360 for this repair, picked my vehicle up, and the very next day...I rolled down the window to let a bee out of the window as I waited outside to pick my daughter up after school...I heard a snap. The window regulator was malfunctioning again. I went by the shop to ask Jimmy if he had issues replacing them, and told him that the driver side rear was broken again just one day later. He didn't offer to take a look at it to see what the issue was...nothing. I vowed to never use the passenger side rear...afraid that the same thing would happen, and you know? Months later...I came out of the grocery store and my back window was down? I never touched this window, which means that it's possible that I've paid this young man for a job that was never done properly. I was ROBBED!

They're respectful, quick, professional, and good quality. I couldn't believe how quickly they fixed my car. Nothing like driving away in your car with a huge smile on your face because you know it's been taken care of. Prices were super reasonable. I'll be taking my truck to Falls for everything from now on.
