I received 3 quotes fairly quickly and decided on using Correct Appraisals. Yelp app marked them as "Verified License" and also I liked the background of the owner when I checked out the website. Corbin had posted his experience online. Also liked that he had spent some time in New York Metro area for at least 8 years. Appraisal was done quickly.
