Dr. Powellson was in NO way friendly, welcoming, comforting, or helpful. He was, instead;rude, argumentative, interrupting, judgemental, cold, and dismissive. He was entirely focused on my mental health diagnosis-which was NOT why I was there-and treated my physical health, as well as some important concerns I tried to communicate, as an afterthought. The room was cold, sterile, uncomfortable, and so is Dr. Powellson. I was immediately put off and defensive with his demeanor, and his lack of focus on my physical health rather than my mental- he seemed to form an opinion when I told him my diagnosis- was confusing and frustrating. I jave a lump in my abdomen and another in my pelvis that he NEVER EXAMINED, or asked about them after I mentioned it. I felt judged, as though Dr Powellson has a bias about people with BPD. The building and the lobby made me want to turn around as soon as I got there, and Dr. Powellson made me so uncomfortable; feeling judged and argued with, and frustrated, that I walked out of the appointment within 5 minutes of meeting and talking to him. At NO time did I feel like Dr Powellson cared about my physical concerns, or even HEARD them.This was just supposed to be a general physical and check-up, and Dr. Powellson made it the most uncomfortable, unpleasant, and awful appointments I have ever had.

In the following year, I had symptoms of heart problems that led me to Vital Heart. I took a printout of my AZ test results with me, for them to review as part of my initial visit with them. Dr Marcy Lim was the Doctor that saw me. She was shocked when she reviewed the results, and immediately scheduled an evaluation for heart stints, with Dr David. I had over 90% blockage in at least one of the veins on my heart. Dr. David immediately preformed a procedure to place stints in the effected areas. The after care and follow up by my Doctors has been the best I've experienced from any healthcare provider. They are really amazing!

All areas are clean & inviting, with extra touches for added comfort (complimentary coffee bar, refrigerated bottled waters, and masks, hand sanitizer, and tissues dispensed in every corner). This is a top-notch clinic. *Keep in mind, you'll pay Urgent Care prices (higher copay/deductible basis or hefty cash cost), but you will receive outstanding attention. The value is in the immediate care & relief. I felt comfortable and at ease right away due to the amazing bedside manners. I want to thank Dr. Lorentz, JJ my RN, and paramedic Will for wonderful care. Dr. Lorentz was very thorough, caring and informative and JJ was made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facility is clean, bright, in a convenient location, and they take Medicare. Elyse and Lindsay who worked the front desk were polite and courteous. Came into America's ER and urgent care with my son around 3:00 am for stomach upset vomit and fever…read moreI asked if it they are urgent care at the front desk and she said yes. Wait was 5 minutes. My son was assessed by the nurse and then by the doctor and got an IV hydration and some pills for nausea. I mentioned that he maybe passed out or had a seizure 4 days ago. we stay there until around 5:30 AM when he was dismissed. Now I found out that the doctor decided to make an upgrade to Emergency room with no explanation about it. I was tired and under stress so I signed on their Ipad. The bill is 1,560 dollars for an IV hydration and nausea pills they also did a CT scan. he only had a stomach virus. Don't go over there unless you really need an Emergency Room
