I've always used Quality Auto Body and a recent experience reminded me why I haven't switched away. I wrecked my 4 Runner in May of 21. QAB put it back together for me and it looked fine. Looks can be deceiving, unbeknownst to me the replacement windshield wasn't seated correctly. Water had been dripping in, running into car and corroding the electronics system for about 13 months before the first symptom reared it's ugly head. I brought the rig into when my electric window would no longer operate - that is when they discovered the widespread corrosion. They approached me and 'said, this is the result of our repair work 13 months ago. We will repair it at no cost to you and we will not bring it to your insurance company either." I was totally impressed - HONESTY and INTEGRITY always win the day with me. They've earned my business for life (and I have four kids driving cars so they will get plenty of repeat business from me).

I signed off on something that was supposed to cost like 300$, I leave for Minneapolis and check my invoice and it says 800$. i call them to see what it is and they just decided to do all of these unnecessary things to my car. they already knew what was wrong with it as I provided them the issue I wanted fixed so I told them not to do a diagnostic but they did it anyway, I asked for even just a refund on that and the guy gave me like 30$ off of it. and maybe your thinking maybe it was needed to fix the issue? my car is running the exact same as it was the day I brought it in with the same issue that I had the day I brought it in. I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. For your own sake and money just go anywhere else but here you've honestly got a better shot at fixing it yourself. The circled section in my image is the only thing I wanted.

My experience leads me to suggest that you explore other siding options, or if you decide to choose ABC, read your warranty agreement VERY closely and pay attention to the fine print. They used the built in "outs" to deny our claim. My feeling is the warranty is misleading and not in the spirit of good service you would expect with the price premium.
