They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees." I never requested diagnostics, never approved any extra services. The only thing I wanted was a simple sensor replacement -- and they flat out refused to do the job. This is pure extortion and fraud. These crooks wasted my time and tried to rip me off. Avoid these scammers at all costs!!!

In summary, the repair looks great however the customer service part is awful. I should have listened to the other reviews with the same concern. I will not repeat and can not recommend this repair shop unless they do a complete 180 on servicing their customers.
