Went in for an oil change on my car. Whole process took around 5 hours (there was a defective O…read morering that needed to be replaced). I have no problem waiting on my car to be taken care of. None. But the moment I look over my shoulder and see my car being pulled out of the garage where a mechanic is having his friend film Tik Toks or whatever of him redlining the engine, that's the moment where you actually see what this Audi Dealership is about and the level of respect they'll treat your car with. If you just want basic maintenance and don't care about anything getting banged up, have at it here. It's still a nice facility. I get it, it's a very cool R8 and you don't get to drive one every day or even see one, but there is a limit with me on my comfortability with a complete stranger in the car that I, not him, made the sacrifices for. Doing anything more than job I asked for absolutely crosses that line, especially since it wasn't going above and beyond for me in any way, whatsoever. I feel bad leaving a review like this, the dealership themselves probably won't even care, but if you want the cold truth here it is. Show some respect and learn self control, mechanics. I get it, a car worth over six figures is cool. But, it is 1000% my responsibility to burn it out or ruin the car, nobody else's. And my service associate was great during the whole process, but after confronting him about what I witnessed he completely wrote it off acting like it was all good and no big deal.. really? Atleast own up to it, instead he acted like they'll do it with any cool car with a sports exhaust that comes in. To anybody else questioning my credibility, I'm a borderline kid complaining about this facility, very little actually bothers me, and I've NEVER written a bad review before.... The only thing that was a variable is that there was a piece that was going to be either about 25 dollars or 90, but wouldn't know until they installed it. Long story short, I walked out having to pay $638.25. When they told me the amount my jaw hit the floor. When I asked why it was so way off from what he quoted me from the last 3 times I spoke with him he said the difference is because of the amount per hour they charged to install it. I said he never told me that the last three times we quoted me. His response, " oh I guess I should have told ya that." No service recovery or anything!
