The other Service Advisors were cool (lady was nice). When I was brought to his station by the garage attendant, the dude with the receding hairline didn't even acknowledge me. While I could understand that he was dealing with a previous customer's paperwork, a quick glance up and a Hello would have been customary at any place of business. Dude was grumpy AF. I guess he forgot or doesn't care that Porsche sends out customer surveys after every visit. Anyways, I had a better conversation with the tech who was able to explain to me what was going on with my car. The tech was also the one who brought my keys to me when he was done. Thank goodness that i didn't have to deal with the Service advisor again; the dude was seriously a poor reflection of Porsche. The tech, however, was friendly and cool. The young ladies in the front were nice to make fresh coffee while I waited. However, if you want a refill, don't dare touch their coffee machine or else the old, blonde woman (looked like some floor manager?) will scold you - you've been warned lol. Having been to about 5 Porsche service centers in the US, this was on the low end. Overall, it is an OK service center. Location was convenient as I live only a few miles away. However, next time, I think I'll drive the extra distance to go to the Hanley Service Center instead.

The dealerships wouldn't help because I had not bought a BMW OEM motor at over $600 (I bought a 3rd party motor that had an identical spec to the OEM motor for under $200). I contacted Joe's because, honestly, the name sounded like a local shop that wouldn't give me a run around. I was right. The gave me an appointment for that week. I waited in the shop while they installed the motor in under 1.5 hours and was on my way for under $200. So, BMW was going to charge me over $1,000 for parts/labor. With Joe's garage, I was able to get it done for under $400. Huge savings and very happy customer.

To make matters worse the front desk was rude and disrespectful to my wife when she question and showed them the report. To add insult to injury, we applied online for their in store credit and got approved and the front desk said he doesn't accept it at his store. The credit company was called and we directly spoke with the company and the front desk. Even with all the evidence and proof of acceptance, he still wouldn't let us use it. I'm advising everyone to turn and run away from these scam artists.
