Stefie is an amazing podiatric professional, not just a nail technician. I went to a podiatrist who destroyed my toenails. Stefie not only fixed what he destroyed, she taught me how to really take care of my feet. At 65 years old I realized I never knew how to take care of them to keep them healthy and beautiful. She's a kind, caring person who really loves what she does and loves helping people. When I left, my feet never looked and felt so good. The other thing I love about her is she doesn't hawk products. She has a few products that are excellent but she doesn't try to sell you a million things before you walk out. Believe me, her products are amazing so make sure you get whatever she recommends, but again she isn't pushy. She's such a lovely person that I can't wait to see her again. Neither can my feet! I found Stephanie during the height of COVID in 2020 out of pure luck, and let me tell you.... I was BLESSED!! I've always had in-growns from going to nail salons and COVID didn't allow me to get a pedicure, but then I found her....she miraculously and meticulously helped me through this. That being said, I'll NEVER leave her!! Fast forward 3 years later, my almost 3 year old developed paronychia (nail bed infection) on her big toe and was going to lose her nail. In the process, her nail was falling off and Stephanie took the time to accommodate us,during her busy schedule, and patiently cut off the dead nail so that her new nail would have a place to grow. She helped me keep her calm with snacks and jokes and an all around good time. She was patient and kind with both of us and allowed me, the nervous mama, to feel at ease. My daughter felt no pain, was comfortable, and LOVED her newly colored toe nails....with sparkles!! I had never heard of a medical pedicure ( a medi pedi) until very recently- I've had bad experiences with both podiatrists ( actual medical foot doctors) and " strip mall" nail salons- but sandal season is finally here and I needed a good pedicure. A Google search led me to the very highly rated ( and thankfully not far from me) Stefie's Nail Niche, and I was fortunate to be able to book the last appointment for the month. Stefie has set up her Nail Niche like a home- television, music,assorted beverages , coffees and teas, and most importantly her warm , welcoming demeanor- she was finishing with a client when I arrived and did not rush her out to start my service, yet my wait was not long. I immediately felt comfortable and we had a great conversation as she thoroughly examined my feet and listened to my prior experiences and apprehensions- anyone can talk about their " credentials, but the proof is in the expertise - Stefie noted and diagnosed issues I wasn't aware of and offered a treatment plan got both in the office and at home. I've gone to many podiatrists and nail salons and been nipped, cut, and hurt by them all, and was never offered a treatment plan- or an apology. Stefie saw how nervous I was and that I was expecting pain, but she promised that she wouldn't hurt me- and she kept her word- this is honestly the first pain free foot procedure I've EVER had. While polishing is offered , the main focus is on nail and foot health. You will not be rushed out , nor will you get the typical cut/soak/polish as you'd receive a routine " nail salon"- and that includes the nicks and fungus that you're likely to receive there as well. I got more attention and explanations and solutions than I've ever gotten from any podiatrist I've ever visited . My feet and I are very happy and pain free and after just one visit, a repeat customer. I can't recommend her highly enough. read more

Thank God I found Stefi after a lot of research. I was beating up my feet, getting gel pedicures and wearing the wrong shoes. I wanted to go to someone who was knowledgeable about foot issues and would help me get my feet and toenails back to a healthy state. I had one visit with Stefi so far and I was amazed. She spent so much time on my feet - toes and nails! She explained the issues and problems I created and came up with a plan to get my toes and feet back to normal. The kitchen area with beverages and snacks is as nice touch! The service was impeccable! From start to finish. Alana is one of the most warmest and amazing people and the way she handles your booking with care truly sets you up for the amazing experience you will have with Stephie! From the education on foot health ( she examined my shoes folks, measured my feet, and advised me on what works and what doesn't) the foot love and care to the actual administration of the medical grade pedi was outstanding.
