As another person mentioned they are NOT HONEST about pricing, they up charged me for services, much more than the usual "little extra" fees salons try to cheat you with. THEN had the audacity to say "they were giving me something free" when I asked for a design; I very directly said after that comment "I actually was not made aware of any of what I've been charged thus far, do I need to ask." Implying that I know a design is included -- Like the NERVE to challenge my intelligence as though I'm supposed to be charged for a simple two star design with a rhinestone. The nerve to even say it jokingly as if you're trying to get more money, like huh? She said something to the effect of "Oh you know we're supposed to charge for this but don't worry." like you're not doing me a favor! No gel set just comes with plain polish you always have the option of a free design. Tuh, respectfully. Furthermore I assume I was up-charged because I am a mixed woman of COLOR no less, whom came with my white male friend (whom they were just fine inquiring if he was my boyfriend or not by the way). No, he just enjoyed spoiling us and didn't mind the price so it seems they took advantage of noticing that he did not care. We were happy to spend more but I noticed them being greedy so I did not, and simply noted it. I am ALWAYS up-charged in Asian salons UNLESS I am with my Asian friends. Thank God they have protected me from said racism & biases since childhood years.. Ugh. I remember being a pre-teen and things this happening to me so nothing new! It's their culture, it's just offensive, even though I wasn't personally offended. PLUS I WAS unfortunately the last client so while I was happy to tip, they turned me off from tipping more by making me feel like they felt "let's get more money out of her before we close". They kept offering add on services I specifically said I did not want, while also saying we need to hurry up like huh?; mind you this after I had already agreed to accepting GEL because it was faster to dry & quicker for THEM to service me before closing. I paid extra for that, for their convenience not my own -- so yeah, they just all around abused us as the last clientele of the night while disguising it as more hospitality. LOL, NO THANK YOU! HOWEVER, ALL IN ALL, I will say both my Gel manicure and pedicure lasted EXTREMELY well and I appreciate the quality of the salon and the services provided. That is the only reason I will reconsider them. I did not feel mistreated in ANY way while receiving my services other than the obvious taking advantage of what they charged me. I am leaving this review before considering going tomorrow lol, and I have no shame showing my face again. My skin may be brown but my money is GREEN and I have quite enough to spend for someone not to cheat me out of spending more! They need to consider that any color skin can be affluent, and they're there to provide a RELAXING service. Nobody should leave a salon feeling cheated. I got a regular manicure & pedicure and was there for about two hours. My technician was great, he took his time with my pedicure. My nails aren't the same length , she couldn't do the nail design she originally agreed to so an hour plus into her doing my nails I had to draw the flowers myself (yes I did the design at the nail salon myself with her tools) The nails aren't shaped nicely (really wide) THIS PLACE IS NOT STERILE. ANNIE USED THE SAME NAIL FILE ON ME COVERED IN NAIL DUST THAT IT LOOKED LIKE SHES BEEN USING ALL WEEK. First and last time I'll be here. I normally go to another nail salon but I was pressed for time and decided to come here because I saw all the glowing reviews. All I needed was a fill in. No designs with a natural color. The lady that originally did my nails was very sweet but she had to pass me off to someone else because she had an appointment that was coming in. No problem. I completely understand and was happy that she was even able to fit me in. My issue was with who she passed me to. The First Lady already filed me down and shaped my nails and cut them. All the new lady had to do was add the hard gel and shape them. Worse - she made them so uneven and she was overdoing it with the hard gel. My hands looked awful I had to tell her to file it down multiple times. I've never in my life had to micro manage a nail appointment like this. In the end, It did not look natural. Every other nail was coffin shaped and then square shaped. Im looking at the time and an hour already had passed and she didn't even start the polish yet. Ridiculous. My nails look so lumpy, thick and uneven. Never coming back here. For a fill in for both my mother and I, it came to a total of $118. $118 for me to be unhappy. Crazy work. read more

The wait time is not long whatsoever. The ladies did a tremendous job on me and my sister nails. We had a regular manicure and pedicure. Prices were affordable. I did not have to worry about the Monday to Wednesday deal because the Thursday to Sunday one is just as good. The extra $10 payment for callus treatment was worth it! All callus gone! They took their time with our nails and made sure we loved the color. No shoulder massage at the end but that's alright. The actual service was great. I called to make an appointment the day before and they had more than enough room to accommodate my party of 3. This was the nicest salon that I've ever been to. It was so spacious and very clean. My hunt for a new local nail salon continues, and it may just end here! I have to say, I was VERY impressed by the salon the second I phoned in for the appointment. Let's start there. Knowing I wanted to get my nails done for the holiday season, I allotted some time to check out this salon after a day of meetings and on my way home I found this spot. When I called in, I was greeted my someone who didn't want to rush me off the phone. After taking my name and time requested, I hung up very much looking forward to my upcoming visit. I walked in to this very clean salon with gorgeous pedicure chairs lined up on each side of the room. The walls looked like they were sketched on by some awesomely talented artist. I was taken right awake and one of the staff started to work on soaking off my previous powder gel manicure. Then I was asked to move tables to a different nail tech so they can do the actually manicure. I loveeeeee nail design and usually go in with an idea or picture. Sometimes tech's get annoyed with me, but this did not happen here. We actually worked together to come up with this design and I have to say, this is my fav design I've done yet!! I was never once made to not feel welcomed in this salon and the attention to detail was top notch! I also got my eyebrows waxed because I was starting to look like teen wolf. It's always very scary getting your brows done at a new place because they may not know how to shape them when waxing. My tech did an amazing job! When they gave me a book of colors to chose, I chose the color I want. When it's all over they said my total is $40 and I asked why, they said the color I chose is GEL not regular. My concern is why would you give me a Gel color book when I asked for regular. I came here a few times when they first opened but didn't have a good experience at that time. I decided to give it another shot 3 weeks ago and they've definitely improved! Joy did my nails both the last time and this time. Each time I've went I did the SNS powder gel. Joy took her time and paid attention to detail. I didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel judged when I took my time making sure I chose the right color for me. This most recent time Joy made sure I was happy with the shape. I was stuck between two colors and she took the time to show me both so I knew what I really wanted. In a lot of other salons, the employees usually just talk amongst themselves while doing their customers nails. But here, Joy talked to me and made sure I was ok. She didn't make me feel out of place or like I was just another customer. Fei fei nails so far has displayed great customer loyalty. When my nails chipped/broke after my first visit back 3 weeks ago; they welcomed me and fixed the broken nail without making me feel embarrassed or shamed. They treated me with respect the last time and this most recent time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of how the polish seems to chip/crack easy (my first visit ever there I had a similar situation) and if it weren't for how willing they are to rectify the situation I would've found another salon by now. It was my first time coming to the salon and I was taken care of immediately ( I made an appointment) Jessie paid a lot of attention to details she take her time in perfecting the shape of my nails cleaning the cuticles and any rough edges. I showed her a design I wanted on my phone and she took her time and helped me find the perfect colors to math the picture I showed her! I really like this place. I'm visiting from Toronto and had a pedicure. It was marvellous. I had not had a professional pedicure since during the pandemic. I've done home ones but they did not get my heals the way I needed. The lady that did mine was so good and when she was ready to do the massage part thinking only wanted a regular pedi I said oh please can you focus on my heals and she showed me the price list for a good scrub, I agreed and she shifted gears and gave me what I wanted. No attitude and very accommodating. I paid and gave her a tip and got a nice hand cream and went on my way. The place is very efficient and quick from one step to the next and the nail polish selection is huge and nice. The owner is VERY pleasant and knows her business. After a failed first-time acrylic session at a different salon, I couldn't take looking at my nails. I had read through many many reviews and decided that I wanted Cici to work her magic on my nails. Note: if you want Cici, you have to call this salon and ask when she's coming in! She's not always there. After completely removing my disastrous acrylic sets, Cici meticulously glued on extensions and shaped them just the way I wanted them. She took her time with me, making sure to listen to what I wanted and flawlessly executing my requests! I could now look at my nails and shed tears of happiness and not disgust.
