A person who came in for an estimate seemed very knowledgeable explained every possible outcome and suggested how we can save money without loosing value what we really appreciate being homeowners. I was told that the whole assembly was broken and needs to be changed and this only after a quick glance. Hate these fake people trying to sell something I never needed. I called Mike late in the day thinking it was a long shot he would even come the next day but he came over the same day. Looked at the issue in detail and explained me different options. Actually was super helpful and cared enough that he got the door down without me even asking. While when I asked other they wanted at least $150 to do even that.
