A warehouse manager (Malcolm Aryes) bragging how it's his warehouse can't communicate with ALL workers and crys to the state manager of little things. Malcolm is a simpleyon that dosent know how to move on and screws his workers over when they choose to move on. Malcolm says his a friend when you start but he back stabs and kisses your arse at the same time. Russell who's supposed to deal with operations is just neglect as their is a lot of issues at the site. Scheduler is just useless and allows for installers to bring over 50 unable to install doors per week and leaves a lot of older work sitting on the warehouse floor making customers/builders annoyed.

The technician did the job and gave me three months of guarantee on the labor and equipment. A few days after, I noticed that one of my control remotes was not working properly. I called the company and the owner blamed the battery and the weather. So, I changed the battery but the issue persisted. I called this company today and the owner gave me the same excuses. I just told him that I need a new remote control. He said he would send a technician out but IF the remote control is working I would have to pay for "the visit". I said it was fine because the remote control is not working properly. When the technician arrived he just saw the remote control and told me it had water in it and that I was not careful with it. I said: WHAT? HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY KNOW THAT? He opened the remote control and immediately went to his vehicle. After 5 minutes came back just to tell me that the remote control is fine. He pressed it several times but did not work. Later, it started to work and I told him that I want a new remote control because it is not working well. He said he fixed it. However, when I asked him if the remote control keeps giving me issues I will call the company again, he said: he would never be back after today. Then, he said he could give me a new one but I had to pay $150 to get it replaced. I said no, I have a guarantee of 3 months and it is covered by the guarantee. He said the guarantee only covered the motor, which was a lie because the receipt says otherwise. Then I told him I paid for those remote controls also. He tried to convince me I did not pay for them arguing that the motor and keypad already come with 2 remote controls: I told him, I am just realizing you STOLE my money because you charged me separately for those remote control. I called the owner. And after 5 minutes of waiting for him, I explained to him the situation and that I wanted a new remote control. He said he will call the technician. He, then, called the technician and started to speak in Arabic (I believe they are from Palestine) so I could not understand what they say at all. Then, the owner told me that the technician already explained to him the remote control is fine and I will have to pay $75 for his visit. I just told him, I will let everybody know that he is running a scam business and are stealing money from people who trust in them with good faith. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALERS!!!
