Stein Sperling represented me in a bicycle accident from 2017. These folks are pros! Jolie, Ivonne and Jamie were outstanding!

Manning & Murray listen to you and guide you through the process. It is easy to reach them through the phone or email. They usually responded within an hour, and never did a question go unanswered for longer than one business day. When the worst happens, and you have to use the estate documents that you have so carefully drawn up, you'll want to be able to reach out to a professional, proficient estate law law with excellent customer service - where someone is readily available to help you. Manning and Murray was first recommended to me by an attorney working for a Maryland estate law firm that regularly provides estate planning basics to retiring government workers. Then a friend also mentioned that they had used them - and encouraged me to use them too. Finally, someone employed in the trust department of a bank stated that Manning & Murray had done all of the estate planning for their family. Another friend recommended using an online estate law software package, but the estate had complex needs, and we decided that approach wasn't a good fit. I'm looking forward to sleeping better at night, knowing that the important estate matters are settled. I recommend Manning & Murray wholeheartedly for all who need estate planning work done.

They did an excellent job communicating the value in their recommendations and what choices we were required to make. They also did a great job of making themselves available and answering all of our questions about the paperwork. They made the process as painless as I could have imagined, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for legal assistance that might be helpful when planning your future.

Dear All, If you…read morewant an immigration lawyer, this firm should not be in your list of consideration. Yes, they're cheap in consideration to other firms, but they will make the process three times longer than it should be. I had two horrible experience with this firm. The first time I hired them to apply for a visit visa for my mother and sister, the visa got denied and they did not do a simple follow up to what was the reason of the denial. The second time I hired them to sponsor my mother as a U.S citizen. I visited her in her office and explained her the urgency of our situation as my mother was alone in Afghanistan and we asked her to be accurate as we don't want to delay the process. She said ok and we will do our best, I signed the contract with her. But as soon as I got home, she sent me a Fiancé form and asked me to provide information about my wife, and I am not even married! I asked her to send me the correct file as I am filing for my mother and two days later, she sent me the correct documents. Then she filed my mother's case, but she did not send my brother's birth certificate to USCIS, she just sent the Afghan Taskira despite the USCIS specifically asking for a birth certificate. We got a missing document from the USCIS and asking for the birth certificate. We asked her again to send our birth certificate and it delayed the process another two months, this was all in 2019. When she filed our DS 260, she made mistakes in our father's date birth and his name, this would have caused more delays if my father was alive. when covid hit, not once she followed up with us or the NVC to look for alternatives, we were chasing her over the phone and emails, and she would reply back after two or three days. we wanted her to send an expedite request NVC due to my mother's situation, but not once she followed up with NVC or sent the expedition request, (this was when Jeo Biden got elected and all the bans were lifted). Then Afghanist fall in hands of Taliban, during this time, not once she sent us email or followed with NVC for my mother's visa pass for evacuations, she returned my call two weeks later. We received an email from the NVC stating that "there are no U.S consulate in Kabul anymore, please transfer your case to a third country" she was copied in that email, but not once she consulted with us about a different country, when we called her, she was demanding more money for the transfer. That's when we said enough is enough and we went with a different firm called "Benach Collopy LLP" Sarah Pitney was our attorney, they actually knew what they were doing. They transferred my mother's case to Pakistan, then filed an expedition request with NVC, followed up with them, she got our expedition approved. We got a visa interview. Sarah would actually follow up with us and was on top of everything. If we had made the right decision from the beginning and had not gone with this attorney, my mother would have been with us, before the covid-19 out break and had not spent three years all alone. So please do not consider her if you want your loved ones to be here soon and don't want any delays in the process. She is not responsive does not have a since of urgency for her clients. The process itself is stressful and lengthy, she makes it more stressful and even more lengthy. She made the process too long that it had affected our mental health. If I could give her no stars I would have, the firm is not even deserving of one star.

She applied for my interview expedite and when I got my interview date, she changed my interview four times without my permission making excuses I.e, she was going for her vacation this and that. I must mention that I got my first interview after passsage of two and half years in US. She wasted my time and money. Finally I gave interview without any preparation from her. When I got my denial she told me she is not gonna go with me to the immigration court for any appeal etc. Beside all of this she also suggested me better to leave US and move to Canada as you can get asylum approval very easily. She is a real business woman not more than that. I would suggest you guys better to hire someone more professional and don't go to her just because she is an Afghan.
