While the delivery team was very respectful of my property and professional, later that day, I noticed a chunk of wood had been chipped off the front leg. I filed a claim with the maintenance plan. The plan denied the claim as they don't cover delivery. I get that. A day or two later, I got a call from my sales associate, checking on our satisfaction with our purchase. I mentioned the damage and she set customer service in motion! Within a few hours, I got a call requesting photos, a call to schedule a technician, and two days later a skilled technician was able to set and glue the missing chunk and then color the edges. I felt like I was being treated like family as it was evident that my satisfaction was the priority. All this was at no additional charge to me! Well done, Penny Mustard!

Marge made nothing but excuses on the phone that the warehouse has bad lighting... as if that makes anything better instead of working to solve the problem. Crooked business run by crooked individuals Marty should be disappointed. Rebecca's response is fake garbage - I already sat on the phone for 6+ hours over the past few days with Marge, Judy, Hadita, Brian, Anna, Dee, Nick, George and more from all different departments without anyone able to help or solve the issue.
