This is going to be my 1 star review tomorrow AM:…read more I had a full roof replacement on a Friday. The following Thursday I had 7-9 roof cap shingles blow off. I called Tim the owner (who was not present during the install). He indicated he would be there in an hour. It was 4hrs later, he came and said he had to go get some adhesive. Two hours later (8:30) at night glued them back. On the next Monday, (my roof is now 10 days old), there were more tiles off. He said he would be there at 6:00pm. He did not show. On Tuesday I called and he said he would be there between 9:00am and 6:00pm as he would have to fit it in between "training". He was a no show, and no response to texts or calls. I tried to get a hold of him on Wednesday, and finally got him about 4:00pm. He said he was in the hospital since Monday night (when I talked to him Tuesday there was no mention of this). He said he would come by and look at it. He was a no show. Now he doesn't answer my calls or texts. Very unprofessional, poor quality, horrible communicator.

i see the one star so i kind of feel i should put my 2 cents in...so this isn't a glowing review…read morebut i want to make it clear it's not a bad review either...yes, they were an hour & a half later than they said, no call explaining why, but everywhere else i called either couldn't do the job because they didn't have the tool or were closed on week ends, so waiting an hour and a half longer is better than waiting 2 days longer...i asked them over the phone if they could wear a mask & they said no problem & he showed up in a mask, no problem... i can see how his appearance ( amateur tatts & sagging pants) may turn some people away, but that's how most people i know look anyway...who cares? he was there to fix stuff not look pretty...the hundred dollar price tag was a little pricier than i was hoping for, but again, when no one else will or can do it, you can charge what ever you want haha ...it took him a little less than an hour, so not too bad there...he didn't clean up after his self, but no biggie there, i needed screws drilled out that i couldn't do myself, i could clean it up myself...i had assumed after he was done drilling the screws out, which is all i asked him to do, i would then need to go buy some replacement screws & put it back together myself, but he came prepared with the right screws & put it back together his self, which was a pleasant surprise...maybe that's why he was late, he was out getting screws, i don't know...as he left, my house reeked of cigarette smoke but i'm a non smoker so i'm probably just more sensitive to that than most people... can't really hold it against him for doing what he wants to do in his own life...really, if you're a nit picky person then you may want to call some one else, but if you're not a nit picky person, then the bottom line is he came & he did what i asked him to do...he didn't mess any thing up, he wasn't rude or disrespectful in any way & that's all that matters to me...if i need something done again & i got the spare hundo, i'll call them again

We used Fuller construction to get a new roof after our roof was damaged in a hail storm. I asked a few friends on Facebook who they would call if they had a roofing issue and several people mentioned Fuller construction. I called Tony and he was very professional and came out quickly. He also met the insurance adjuster at our house so we didn't have to make multiple appointments. When they put on the new roof everyone who did the job was done quickly and professionally. They did a wonderful job. A lot of people have commented on how nice our roof looks now and we couldn't of asked for better service!

A realtor friend recommended Fuller within seconds of me asking for a reputable roofing company. I called Tony and requested to have an estimate done within the next few days. His nephew, Ryan, arrived the next day and assessed the damage which thankfully wasn't as bad as we thought it would be and didn't even need to open an insurance claim. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and promised to come back the next day and replace our missing shingles, weather permitting, which was fine with me. To my surprise, about 15 minutes later he was back at our house and said he wanted to make sure our shingles were replaced before it rained again and figured it wouldn't take that long to do it. I have found that they are very good communicators, let us know when they would be here and what they would be doing. Their work was done promptly and very professionally. I have referred several friends and all have liked LS Custom Painting and Carpentry. On top of doing excellent work, they are also just a lot of fun to have around the house. I would recommend them to anyone.
