The display cases had a great variety so I know sticking to my plan was going to be challenging. Grabbing a couple things and go sure was hard! They had some specialty donuts on display and man did they look killer! I didn't know what they were specifically but they looked delicious! All of them nicely decorated and garnished. But, with much restraint, I got a big apple fritter for my husband and some donut holes for the grandmas. My mom didn't let me grandma have any donut holes so I had to take one for the team and enjoy them for her. They were so good! They were soft and tasty. Every donut hole was nicely glazed. It's amazing you can polish off 7 donut holes and not realize that you had that many. They are so dainty that you don't realize how fast you're eating them. Each one was great! The gal that worked today was really sweet. I did take a bite of my husband's apple fritter and it was tasty as well! My husband also enjoyed it. My other grandma enjoyed her donut holes. She too didn't have a beard time eating 7 of them. I'm happy I stopped in today. Looking forward to coming back and grabbing more treats real soon.

My son had the Apple Pie Shake (can't remember their name for it) and the Trailer Trash, while I had a kids cheeseburger and my husband had the crack chicken sandwich. We also shared a truffle Parmesan fry. Everything was delicious, but seemed fairly pricy. The shakes are slightly on the crazy side so it might be worth it to visit for that.

The cups are deceptively large and it's easy to over-serve yourself. I wish they had a low-carb option, because even the sugar free is pretty loaded with sugar, but I guess you don't go here for health food. I appreciate La Creme and am glad they exist. It's super weird that there are four frozen yogurt shops in like a 2 mile radius and almost nothing else in Boise, but I guess frozen yogurt went the way of low-rise jeans.

Recently I found out that Coldstone has a Dubai chocolate mix in s. Dubai anything has a complete chokehold on me! So, after dinner tonight, my bestie brought my family and I in for an after dinner birthday treat. We got here just in time. It was getting busy but we beat the crowd that came in after us! Josh helped us tonight. I told him a I wanted a Like It Dubai. Josh broke my heart and told me that they were out of the mix ins to make it. He was very sweet about it and told me he can add me to a call list when they got the mix ins back in. I thought that that was the sweetest gesture but I told him it was ok. I got my normal order which is a Like It mint ice cream with 2 brownies. Josh didn't disappoint! He mixed the brownies perfectly! The ice cream was the right consistency and not soft. It was perfect! My daughter also got the same ice cream. It's our go to since she was little. She had as much as she could and as a good mom, I polished off the rest for her. We can't be wasting it! This ice cream joint never disappoints. Josh did an amazing job today helping us. I appreciate his outstanding work ethics and his fabulous personality.
