My grandma and the whole family enjoyed the strawberry red velvet ice cream cake very much! The gal that helped me today wasn't the nicest but she got the job done. It's crazy to work at an ice cream joint and have such a bad attitude. The service was horrid. Being the ONLY customer in the lobby at 5pm on a Friday & despite there being 4 or 5 employees on the clock, unfortunately, no one noticed my existence when I walked in. We ordered online thinking it would go well. When we went in to pick up our order they were still making it, the guy with longer hair did not have his hair tied back and he seemed high. We asked for one with Oreo/ cake batter with nilla wafer mix in and a waffle cone another with mint/cookie dough with brownie mixed in. There was no waffle cone and they put one in a like it cup inside of a love it cup (we only ordered love it sizes). I waited for 5 minutes just being looked at by all these workers until a girl came out from the back and looked confused I made eye contact with her and said no I have not been helped. She came up and thankfully enough I submitted an order online. Gave her my name and they had it ready to go because she grabbed it from the freezer so I guess the time I spent waiting to get help of any kind was the time it would have taken for them to make my order. But the cost of the individual items is more than it is in the store. Every time i come to this location there is something. Idk why i keep coming back. This last time my bf was picking up an order for me and my friend. 2 different orders so you'd think two different bowls, right?! Well no they put them together and when he told the girl working she said: "okay" then proceeded to ring him up. the workers here are incredibly disrespectful. i came here once after a horrible day and i was behind a bunch of high schoolers who ordered in 5 minutes and continued to stand in front of me in line for 20 minutes. the workers didn't make eye contact with me instead they all went out and talked to the high schoolers bc they knew them personally. i stood there for 20 minutes until one of the high schoolers (not an employee) was like were u going to order? Both my visits here have been positive. The first one was so great, I ordered exactly the same thing the 2nd time: Cherry Cheesecake Shake. So yummy! The 2nd visit here, I enjoyed my shake in the store with a friend. I would probably recommend against it, because there were some very noisy machines (and an even noisier owner/manager guy) at work while we were trying to catch up.
