Went here last week to switch over to Boost from Sprint. I was interested in switching over due to…read morethe affordable plans Boost offered. I went onto the Boost website and it said that they accept iphone 5C phones from Sprint. The guy at the Boost store called a representative at Boost to do the migration. The rep said that Boost needs to ship a sim card for me to use on the phone and it will be shipped in 5 days. I got the box five days later and went back to the Boost store. The same guy i saw last week was there. He called the Boost again and the rep said that Boost can't accept iphone 5C phoned with 16gb. I was surprised because it didn't mention that at all in the website. The guy at the store wasn't very knowledgeable about this so he decided to call again and got another rep that went ahead with the migration. The rep on the phone asked if i want to cancel my Sprint plan and i said yes. So far so good; the ball dropped when the rep had an error migrating my phone. The guy at the store said I would have to call Sprint to get my plan back. Essentially, I had no plan because my Sprint plan was canceled and Boost could not migrate my phone. After hours of headache with Sprint's customer service on the phone, I went to a retailer store. I ended up getting another phone and had to get a different number. Bottom line: Boost lied on their website that they accepted iphone 5C phones. If it's only 8gb phones and not 16gb phones, then mention that on the website.
