Not only are the prices very reasonable, but the store is also clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The customer service is always top-notch--friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether I'm coming in for my go-to bottles or browsing for something new, the staff always makes the experience pleasant. Although there's always a good amount of customers in the store on the weekend, it never feels packed or tight. There is plenty of parking and it's convenient to the Cordova/Lakeland area. The employees at this location is what makes this place stand out from other stores. There's always a number of people at the register, therefore there's never a long wait. There's also employees walking the floor on a regular basis and they won't hesitate to come up to you and ask if there is anything that they can assist you with. I love the fact that this store has nice gift selections as well! One of the employees helped me locate some really neat "Dirty Santa/White Elephant" gifts this year and they were a hit. Seconds later another employee walked up and asked if we needed help I replied no to them as well that we where okay and would find them if we needed help. Then both employees stood right behind the two of us at a distance of about 6 feet as we was shopping and debating on what we wanted to get. They're did this the whole time we where shopping and it made us uncomfortable so I pointed it out what they where doing. The reply I got from the female employee was that she was just in training. But instead of leaving us alone to shop in piece they stood behind us still. A minute or so later we decided it was just rude so we left. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been here before on occasion and had no issues, but being treated like this for no reason was just rude.

She's often visibly intoxicated and spends more time flirting with customers--especially the married ones--than actually working. It's uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly kind of sad to watch. This place could be decent, but the management seriously needs to take a closer look at who they're hiring (and apparently enabling). Manager says it won't be in till the end of November, blah blah, only get one, etc. Well, lo and behold, the delivery walks in from the back with a white box/case of Weller CYPB on top. My lady points it out and the manager looks at me and says "Nope". I said "Nope what?" He says "I can't sell it to you. My boss won't let me. It will be given to our regular customers first before anyone else." Long story short, I went from customer to nothing in an instant. The lady tried to do a favor by calling around to the "Yellow Store", and asking about Weller Antique 107, but the manager lied to my face and treated me as a nobody in buying Weller CYPB simply because Im not a regular, scared of his damn boss (slave mind). Eventually he said his boss would let me purchase for $500, man please. When the spirit and moment is right, the opportunity will be clear. I'm done with this store and do not support them.
