That alone is extraordinary and something people should not overlook when selecting vendors for a remodel. Over time, as you'd expect, hinges loosen and drawers or cabinets fall slightly out of alignment. Every time this has happened, Keane has sent someone out for a "tune-up." We just had another visit today, and the experience was once again exceptional. The technician not only fixed the obvious issues, but proactively checked every drawer and cabinet in the house. We had an 8:00 a.m. appointment; he arrived early and waited in his vehicle until precisely 8:00. (No 4-hour arrival window with Keane.) I even assumed one pantry door was permanently warped--it is now perfectly aligned. Having worked with many contractors and vendors over the years, I continue to be blown away, and grateful, for the professionalism, craftsmanship, kindness, and consistency Keane Kitchens provides. This kind of long-term commitment is incredibly rare. Choosing Keane Kitchens was one of the best decisions we made among the hundreds involved in our remodel, and their longevity proves our experience is not an anomaly. Her attention to detail is what you want when remodeling a kitchen. She took very precise measurements of every inch of the kitchen and created a 3D blue print of the whole kitchen. She also advised us on the color scheme of the cabinets and the hardware. We had initially been to places like Sincere Home Decor and Liberty Cabinets in SSF (on advise of our Contractor) and surprisingly they were charging us $20K+ for their crappy standard cabinets. They also remotely designed our kitchen with inaccurate measurements. Tracy designed high quality custom cabinets at the same price. She came to talk to the contractor and go over the design and later again during delivery of the cabinets. She was there to inspect the cabinets, which were packaged very nicely. The cabinets were very precisely numbered which saved the contractor a lot of time. The cabinets are made of a very high quantity wood and also have a great finish. I was a little limited by my need for 8 smaller and 6 larger handles but I was drawn to one handle almost immediately and they had just enough small handles and more than enough large handles. So happy! I made my purchase within 15 minutes! With multiple employees saying, "Have a nice day!" Unfortunately these were unlike most ithwr handles as they only came with 1 inch screws instead of those AND 1.5 inch - so I ran back to them and they quickly found me 30 breakaway screws that go up to 2.5inches - no hassle, no problems, just found me screws, bagged them, and apologized - not their fault! Not a fault! All good! My vanity looks great with the handles, now just waiting for the countertop! If you have time and remember to order, their selection is much larger than what you can get on the spot, some of it quite fun, and the easiest way to change out a look in your bathroom! LOVE!

Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.
