Fantastic. They were responsive and did a beautiful installation. The work was done with utmost precision and care including extending some plywood to ensure a stable vanity top. Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced. read more

Highly recommended! Fanny and Man Li we're super helpful. It was our first time with kitchen remodeling, and their advice on the layout and design were invaluable. They were so the thoughtful to make sure that the cabinets can fit nicely, function well and look good. I was deciding between two fridge models and they took the time to analyze how the door design may or may not work with my countertop/cabinet. Without their experience we could easily end up in an awkward set up. My contractor also commented that their cabinets are of high quality with thick and solid boards. We've been working with E3 for both equipping a garage turned ADU, and now for our custom kitchen as we remodel / build our whole house. Both of our experiences have been highly positive, and I can't thank the ladies of E3 enough for their endless patience with my husband and me, and our 2 year old daughter who is always running around their showroom when we are checking out cabinets. The ladies have entertained her, given her snacks and water for really long visits ordering a whole kitchen's worth of quartz and shaker cabinets for our house. In the past with our ADU they were great about providing extra handles for the cabinets when some didn't work out. We worked with Anna both times and she is awesome at helping us pick out the right cabinets and things that would go well together, and also meeting us with a super fair price. Man Li was INCREDIBLE!! I redid a small bathroom in San Francisco (converted it from a 1/2 bath to a full bath) and needed a custom sink vanity with storage. Man Li was extremely attentive, detail oriented, and responsive to all my questions. She helped me figure out what dimensions, storage layout, and colors would look the best in my space. I had a hiccup that I did not account for (I did not make the filler wide enough so the drawers hit the door frame) and Man Li helped me figure out a workaround solution by giving me a small extension piece for the quartz countertop and creating a filler piece for me. read more

This is a long overdue review for Man Li and the E3 team. We used them for our kitchen remodel last summer; we gathered quotes from a couple of high-end places that really pushed the boundaries of our budget, and then we found E3 online. Based on the strength of their reviews, we headed in to check things and out and thought the selection was exactly right - enough to give us options, but not overwhelming. Then we got to sit down with Man Li, and were just so grateful. She is a pro - knowledgeable, kind, patient - full of helpful suggestions but also so graceful in knowing when to step back and let us think through things on our own. Look NO further if you're looking for a place to get your kitchen remodel done! E3 Kitchen and Interior is the place you NEED to use. And if you've already gone with another place, well, can't help you. Anna Wu and the rest of the E3 staff are incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. And Anna will see things you probably won't so that has proven to be really valuable when we did our kitchen remodel. She does this everyday after all. Anna was able to take the vision we had for our new kitchen and put it to paper. There is small design fee that includes a visit by Anna or one of the team to take accurate measurements but I think that is true of any place. I would insist you get this done as Anna can better gauge and recommend cabinet colors for you. She can also recommend cabinet styles so it goes with the rest of your house. It's money well spent, trust us on this. And Anna won't upsell you on anything. Not like some other places we went to. The prices at E3 are EXTREMELY reasonable and you will receive high quality cabinets in the end. Another supplier literally quoted us cabinet prices that was our entire remodel budget. Our kitchen is waiting for the electrical outlets to get put in and then we're done. So far, we're completely satisfied with the look, quality, and the service we've received from Anna and E3. I would highly recommend Anna as your designer and E3 as the supplier of your remodel needs. Anna took what we had and literally doubled the storage and usable work surfaces we used to have. Our new kitchen now open and inviting! I put some pics of the new kitchen in. We went with white shaker and black pulls for the doors and drawers. REALLY opens up the small space we have.
