That was more than my airfare to get from Orange County! So the bargain shopper in me decided to look for a Shuttle and I immediately found Eagle Shuttle Service! $30 Flat Rate! No luggage restriction (I only had a carry on) and so with tip ($6) and tax I saved over $70 and You should too!!! I called them prior to my flight to ask which one they one they thought I should get on, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, according to my flight schedule. And the lady that answered, Helen, was so nice she even offered to call me back with an answer after speaking with a driver. She was so helpful that I did not hesitate to book the shuttle! They give you Very detailed instructions on how to find the pick up area and I found that very easy to do. I had never been to the SEA-TAC airport and I found my way quite easily. I then called just to make sure that I was in the right spot. The man was very nice. My shuttle arrived, the driver, Ahmad, hopped right out, put bag my bag in the back, opened the door to a very clean van and off we went! It was just me and him! Just like being in an over sized Uber or Lyft! (that would have cost a lot more!) And fortunately for me they go to 5 Hotels in Bellevue and the first one is the Hilton Bellevue, where I was staying! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
