The in house therapists and the group therapy is top notch. They stay on the cutting edge of the newest and result oriented treatment practices. Starting from a single home back in the 1970's they have come a long way. They now have an additional 16 beds and offices in their newest building. By the time I took it, my withdrawal was almost over and I actually got high off the subs. That tells me they waited far too long to give it to me. There was an extremely overweight nurse that was always very rude and short with me. This is the only rehab I have ever left before I was supposed to. I have been to 7 rehabs and countless detox's and completed all of the programs. I was the only white guy on the unit and I got "bullied" at the age of 34 by a bunch of young hoppers from Baltimore. I was close to stabbing this kid in the neck for bothering me constantly while I was suffering, trying to detox peacefully the first 3 days. They only allow you to smoke 7 cigs a day. The food was the last straw for me. I couldnt eat anything except ice cream without vomiting and they yelled at me and made me return the one i went to grab. There is no way possible that they meet the state requirement of clients to workers... It's shameful how the operate. I wouldn't ever suggest anyone to go here, ESPECIALLY when seeking help for opiates. They will treat you bad. Be prepared for disrespect from the staff.

They moved her to a room where she could not communicate with her family and none of the staff would take our calls. I had to contact the Office of Aging who assigned an Ombudsman before I started getting any insight. When we were able to ask questions, the senior staff lied and tried to cover their tracks. They provided no safety for my family member who was constantly harassed by another patient with Dementia. Based on recommendations from the Office of Aging and my attorney, I brought my relative home to recover and she is doing exceptionally well. The Annapolis facility even lied and posted her profile on their website as a success story (without permission) and lied about her success there. I would not send my worst enemy to Cadia of Annapolis.
