For a bout of nostalgia, I came with my young kiddos to check out the Chuck E. Cheese I used to go…read moreto as a kid. Overall, it was a great experience - the trampoline adventure park, while pricy, was a nice change from the ball pit when I was a kid. And while my kids were too young gor many of the arcade games, there was a random selection of games suitable for all ages. Keep an eye on coupons for sure as they definitely help with managing costs (we spent what I considered a reasonable amount for all access + pizza because of their online specials). Only major issue we had was how long it took for staff to do anything. However, we gave them the benefit of the doubt given they seemed somewhat short staffed during the holidays.

Absolute DUMP. Id say roughly 4/10 of every game did not work. If you include games that have…read moredamage to them or have issues with the instruments used to play them or ticket errors, youre probably closer to 6/10. There's barely anything to play in the fieat place, this has to be the smallest, worst selection of junkiest games of any Chuck e. Cheese I've ever seen. $100 dollars for 2 kids for a couple hours is CRAZY already, then on top of it half the games didn't work? That's just pathetic and sick. Also witnessed someone lose their kid while I was there and they told the staff and the staff did absolutely nothing to help or check or anything. I would've asked for my money back but it took a few minutes just to realize how many games were broken then I decided it was best to just leave and never come back, while telling everyone I knew about how lousy the place is maintained and what it costs.

Records everywhere, well-organized, catalogued in a way that's convenient and easy to find. Their selection is also amazing! I saw quite a few things there I have not see anywhere else. In terms of pricing, everything is pretty fair, dare I say a steal. They had a super rare bootleg for $100, having collected for a while that is a STEAL. I just wish the staff was nicer. The guy working was helpful, I won't deny that. However when I asked for records by a specific artist I like, his first response was to insult them pretty heavily for a controversy they got in nearly a decade ago. Now I am not a para social person--I do not hold personal investment in the perceptions people have on things I like. However I found the comments to be contradictory and rude. The store sells records by the likes of the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin--two bands I love, but two bands who are not free from controversy themselves. This immediately ruined my experience and I really hate saying that. I put down what I was going to purchase and I left. In my opinion, a response as simple as "I'm sorry, we don't carry anything by them," would have been suitable. Three stars. Cool store, great selection, good value. Unfortunately I just had a terrible personal experience there.
