Well, first of all, during the week, they only open at 4pm. On the weekends, they only open at 12pm. They do not have one single food option for vegans. My husband and I both own bowling shoes. Mine are cute and vegan. We believe that renting shoes is disgusting. The service is pretty much not existent. My husband has tried the pizza. Fun spot to spend an evening with friends, this spot is conveniently located in a central spot for those who live in the Western suburbs to hangout (if friends are located between Lake Zurich, Mount Prospect, Naperville, etc. and need something not super far away from everyone). Parking is plentiful here and the shopping center this is located in is fairly large as well. I made a visit here on New Years Eve as the party wanted to have the option of bowling, but also to play some arcade games for those not interested in bowling. This spot fit both needs nicely as the arcade has a good selection of games -- most importantly air hockey that our party enjoys playing. The quality of machines at the arcade seemed to be fairly good and the prices were quite reasonable as well. None of the machines were broken and they looked to be fairly well maintained. The price of bowling and shoe rental seems to be a bit higher that other spots nearby, but not too unreasonable. It was somewhat busy during our visit, but not excessively so -- so that it wasn't difficult to hear one another and we felt like we had a good amount of space between us and other bowlers. The balls and lanes feel like they're a bit newer, and the computer system worked satisfactorily. Overall, not a bad spot if you're looking for bowling and other entertainment outside of the schaumburg area, but still central for a group traveling from various areas of the suburbs. read more

My husband and I met some friends at Bowlero Glendale Heights for New Year's Eve. This is a really fun spot. Bowling was really reasonably priced at $9.99 per game and $5.99 for shoes. That makes this a really great option for families and a large group looking to have a good time. The bowling was fun. There are also food and drinks that can be enjoyed while at the lanes. After the bowling, we went and played in the arcade. There are a wide variety of games to play, both familiar and new. We played a lot of air hockey that night. There were raffles and a party at midnight. This was a great place to spend a fun evening. I highly recommend Bowlero Glendale Heights! read more

A customer (which staff previously stated were a risk) approached us and ended up taking a drink from our table (all under awareness of staff) and taking it with them wasn't flagged or brought to our awareness by said staff until checking out for the evening. This drink plus more should have not only been comped but more added to it. Experience: With a reservation of nine, we were able to have two lanes with no issues. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Parking: The business has a free parking lot. Yes, for free! On a Sunday afternoon, there were plenty of spots to park. However, it seems like it does not matter when you go because big seems to be significantly big enough. Worth: With the staff being very professional and friendly and the bowling lanes being pretty decent, I overall had a great time. The game arcade also seems new, so that's a plus. Nothing special about this place at all. Old, antiquated equipment, run down, terrible food... you get the idea. They also impose an 18% mandatory service charge for all food orders, but the so called "service" is a joke and not worth even a 10% tip, let alone 18%. Avoid this place. By the time you add up all the costs you're better off at a higher end joint, such as Pinstripes. At least the food there is edible and the service is infinitely better. read more

Apart from the lanes and decor itself, the atmosphere is GREAT! I bowl in several leagues at different Boeing alley's. But I will say that this location is HANDS DOWN one of my favorite to bowl at even out of league. The staff is what makes the difference. You get the feeling that they love what they do, and are Knowledgeable as well. And that goes across all avenues from bartending to the mechanic, to the staff behind the counter. I always recommend this location to friends who are looking to go out and have a great night bowing. read more

Went there on a Sunday afternoon for an outing with my family of 4. The employees at the front desk/arcade kiosk were very friendly and kind to my kids. They made it a fun experience for them. Bathrooms were clean, arcades all in working order and the bowling lanes were organized with balls neatly arranged by weight near the lanes. The bumpers and cartoon animations on the scoring screen made it fun for the kids. They had the Bears game playing on the screens above the lanes, which made it a fun atmosphere too. My (then) Fiancé & (now) Husband, hosted our Wedding Rehearsal Night at this location and we wish we could give more than 5 stars!! Seriously BEST IDEA EVER to choose this bowling alley as our rehearsal venue. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated spectacularly!! The staff was incredible, and so accommodating for our very large group. If food was left out and got cold they replaced it immediately. They even decorated for us and made a sweet announcement over the PA system for the entire bowling alley to hear and cheer for us. We felt very special and we would recommend them 100 times over for any large gatherings/events!! read more

All staff was extremely rude as if they don't want to be there. The manager was really rude. We got a pin stuck in our lane and we basically got yelled at cause we didn't know how to use the speaker. Won't be coming back here again especially with all the other places around to bowl. Maybe hire staff that wants to be there if you want people there??? read more

Disappointed with new management and policies. They charged TAX on my bowling -- don't think that's legally required in Illinois. When I tried to question the manager, he shrugged it off and then said "that's how the register is programmed." This was an awful ending to a mediocre time there. The place was half-empty, yet they gave us a lane next to a couple of slightly whiny kids whose parents were ignoring their running around. Also, they had the flashing lights going on -- and it was a weekday afternoon. Asked if they could place us at an end alley and turn off the lights -- "no, couldn't do it, this is how it is." Our family was thinking about fun activities for the Summer. We heard about the bowling pass which affords 3 games of bowling per day with shoes and some daily arcade play for the kids. It's a SUPER value. Pays for itself in 3 visits! You c6an enjoy it through September 6th. We couldn't pass it up and it has turned into a very entertaining activity. Rather than watching TV, we're enjoying time as a family working on our bowling skills. Nice facility. Hip with lots of TVs. Fun arcade. Appealing bar food. The staff is so customer centric.
