Security was very friendly and it was very easy to get through without any hassle. The games itself were pretty lackluster but the party that I was with was winning big time (but then again I didn't know how much they truly lost) the bartender was pretty quiet but he was very quick and efficient. This place is still pretty busy late at night. I do feel like the casino itself is a bit outdated unfortunately and it is in need of a remodel. Eventually I was able to reach someone who provided me with an email address for Karissa. From that point on everything went smoothly. Karissa did everything she said she would do for my group and then some. She was extremely accommodating in the best way. Her communication was strong and she answered every question I had. I honestly would not pay to eat here again, the prices do not justify, especially after gambling for a few hours. The slots have drastically improved in the last few months, way more of the new machines instead of those poor slots that were on their last leg.
