While cancelling my appointment (which was booked in advance) no efforts were made to reschedule or provide alternative masseuse/masseur... not to mention "we are sorry , it did not work out today". Staff was _rude_ outright (while smiling at you). Management was not interested in my feedback (post-event): was not listening, interrupting, and trying to "sell me" their busyness model: billing structure and bottom line, instead. yowza ! way to go ...

Secretly my partner went in the day before and paid for it plus left a tip, telling the guy to let me know afterwards it was taken care of. I attended my appointment, the foot reflex good but decided I would not do a massage again. The beds are separated by curtains so you hear everything others are talking and it's not very relaxing. On top of that the lady didn't understand English very well and didn't have good technique. After my appointment finished I paid for it and went to see my partner. He asked how it was and I let him know it was ok. He asked if there was anything more. I said no I had my appointment, paid and left. Then he told me he actually paid for it even left a tip! I immediately contacted the establishment and the owner/manager looked into it and said oh yeah sorry about that and actually laughed. I was furious! I let him know it wasn't funny and would be coming back to get a refund since they double charged me. When we showed up the owner/manager said he could just refund my card so I didn't need to come back. My partner let him know that they ruined the surprise and it was bad business to double charge customers. The owner/manager apologized but didn't really seem to care. Sadly this was the last straw for me. If a business tries to pull one over on a good customer that attends each month and try to get away with double charging then not be sincere or even attempt to rectify an upset customer, well, they do not deserve my business. I frequent reputable places that treat their customers with respect and consideration.

She listens to you, then listens to your body as she works it. For example, my wife and I had both very different needs and we both got very different but still amazing massages. +Experienced - If I recall correctly, she used to do massage for the entire UVic row team, and then eventually a wrestling team. Also, as is evident from the other reviews, she provides a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere. +Strong - Don't be fooled with conventional sexist wisdom that only men can provide the strength needed to work you over. Sheril is armed with hands that could probably kill, but you softies out there, don't be discouraged. As she says, "I like to work just before the 'u' in 'ouch'". She can give you the strength you need (and/or want for you pain loving fanatics). +The "je ne sais quoi", the "Undefineable" - I have noticed that lots of reviewers have commented on their experience with Sheril as magical, the best, fantastic, etc. Lots of these experiences boil down to Sheril's most valuable skill as a masseuse: she knows people and uses this knowledge to the massage completely theirs. When I mention to people that I get massages, they usually say that they should get one too, they just haven't gotten around to it yet. Please, take care of yourself. you can find 60 minutes to make sacred. Make the 'then' part of the if-then a priority, and make it happen now. The night after I received a session I could sleep all night and even slept in. (Before this session I couldn't get a night's sleep because of pain in the shoulders!) Nami blended Thai massage with oil massage ... Due to a surgery she could not work on my right leg but she did an excellent job of integrating the rest of the massage such that I felt completely rejuvenated from the treatment.
