They were able to pull all the dents in my car literally looks brand new. They worked quickly with my insurance to get a claim in so that I could get a check from the insurance company and get started on the work. He had a good idea of how long it would take, and it took slightly longer than anticipated, but it didn't bother me at all, given the result. What was super cool of them was they pulled the dents from the hail damage, and there was also another dent from a previous ding that they pulled while they had the car pulled apart anyway. If I already one has paint or body damage, I'm definitely sending them over to Matt. You can always tell how good a company is at what they do by the pride they take in their work would completed. I think the value for the cost was perfect, granted I was using insurance to cover this one, but would definitely pay for business if I needed it from them

They quoted me 9 days to fix my car so if you have to come here for any circumstances please be prepared to wait forever to get your car fix. They have no communication whatsoever unless you keep calling yourself waited for 2 weeks for a call back for a part for my car and only called to find out they been having the part(a mirror) with them the whole time. At this point i'm over the whole situation i want this nightmare to end so i finally go in 9/23 to get my mirror replaced the final piece to end this nightmare one would hope. Now I did go through my insurance so my insurance paid in full to REPLACE the whole mirror. I go they say my car is fixed and I leave but something in my head tells me to pull over not far from the shop and check my mirror. Sure enough they tried pulling a fast one and just buff my mirror didn't tell me that so if i would've never double checked they would've walked away with extra in their pocket for not doing a job they were paid for. Whoever is the "boss" ,i said that cause i've meet 3 people that are in "charge", needs to inspect their employees work and make sure they are doing the job correctly. Not only was the mirror done wrong, they messed up my blinker where it didn't work, the door rattles when i drive it. Someone needs to do better there but i doubt it will happen. I should've asked for a gas card for how many trips i had to make back and forth for them to keep fixing stuff that should've been done correct the first time. They say they have lifetime warranty on their repairs but now i know it will take a lifetime to get one part in. I will add though Dez was very friendly only person to make this experience slightly better. This is a response to the comment left under no one was in contact with me before or after this review was posted it's all lies. Also tried reaching out again to them because my door was still rattling again but just kept ringing.

The service was terrible. replaced the steering column and scratched the steering wheel badly from changing the column. I chose not to bring it back for them to dye the steering wheel as I could do that myself. Now thats its cold, I realized the heat is not coming out of the drivers side. Of-course they said not related! And the steering wheel does not "lock"anymore. Also not related to their service, Do not take a nice car there for anything!!!
