I've had two Jeeps repaired at Second to None and will not go anywhere else now! They repaired my Jeep Wrangler after another shop i Lakewood (recommended by my insurance company) effed it up after having it for over 1 month! Second to None did the work right and within a week. Got my Jeep Grand Cherokee back after they repaired it - it looks brand new and runs perfectly! Don't waste your time anywhere else - Second to None does great work plus they have the best waiting room with tons of amazing paraphernalia to look at while you're waiting. This is the place to go when you need a body shop. In years past, whenever I had a car that got messed up somehow, I would take it to a body shop, they quote me an outrageous number, and then I would be stuck, renting a car for a week while paying a giant bill. And the damages haven't really been that significant to warrant a week, but I thought that's how it always went. Being a full time working mother, I really don't have the time these days. Or just any time at all. When I banged the side of my new car on the side of the garage, I was annoyed and needed a quick fix. Second to None was great, and way beyond what I expected. It's so hard to get to a body shop when you work (as they often don't do estimates later in the day), but I got to Second to None a few minutes before 5pm and they did a complete estimate for me. Frank was thorough, making sure he knew what I wanted (I said it didn't have to be perfect, just get the dent out). The estimate he gave me was so affordable. And it was honest, a trait that seems to be lacking in many car shops these days. He also quoted that it would be done in one day. What?! (Note: they do repairs only on Tues, Wed, and Thurs) And true to his word, I dropped the car off at 8am and picked it up by the afternoon. And the work was amazing. It looks perfect. I was astounded. Some asshole keyed my car. I spent my day off looking all around Cleveland for a good, reputable place to fix my very large, deep scratch. I decided to go with Frank because he pays attention to detail and explained everything to me. He was very thorough. I wasn't looking for a half-assed paint job on my first adult car. Frank and Liz are very personable and kind people. I'm beyond happy with my jeep. They even took out the small dents in the door from the previous owner. I luckily caught the infamous rust/paint decay of the rear wheelwells early this spring. That is a common problem for ALL Ford Escapes, especially my 11. Ford won't do anything about it under warranty surprisingly and no recalls exist. What they will do is charge you a ridiculous amount while leaving your vehicle for a ridiculous amount of time. I have had a few people all recommend and insist I take my car to Frank at Second To None, and damn it I am glad I did. Frank is just the best, really cool and really knows his shit. The total cost for my repair of both wheel wells was extremely reasonable, and done in a day. The quality is like I just bought it brand new again and I was really impressed. Some friends of mine recently had some heavy damage to their bumper, and when they took it to Frank and brought it back I couldn't even tell it had ever seen damage. Whatever Frank does is amazing. Frank and the office ladies are good people and I recommend anyone take your cars there for anything you need. Frank rules! read more

This place really lives up to its name! After my car got hit by someone, I needed to find a good shop to take it to that was close to where I live. Upon searching, I couldn't find many that had good (or even more than a few) reviews. I finally happened upon Second to None and immediately took my car for an estimate. They went outside right away to look at the damage on my car and gave me a typed up estimate within 5-10 minutes. They then explained every single thing on it and why the charges came up as they did, as well as exactly what they would need to do to fix my car. I got a few more estimates and Second to None was the middle of the 3 by a couple hundred dollars either way. I knew from my experience that this is where I wanted to go, so I called and made an appointment. They took my information and called me back with a time within about 20 minutes. They also asked me if I needed a rental car, and they took everything from there! I showed up at my appointed time, and enterprise showed up too to take me to get my rental car. My car was estimated to take five days to fix, but was finished in 4. When I went to pick it up, I was able to just leave the rental car there and they took care of it. This was a truly easy experience and they gave me great piece of mind while they had my car. I had never before been in an accident, and hope to never be in one again. However, there made the experience less of a hassle and I will definitely return to them with any other car needs that I have! read more

Growing up, I had the luxury of having an amateur mechanic for an awesome step-dad. If it wasn't something he could fix himself, he knew someone that would, and he always took care of the details. So... I never really learned much about cars. Typical girl thing, blah blah blah. Problem is - I moved away. Almost 600 miles away. I no longer have him (or his contacts even) to rely on. I've been pretty dependent on Conrad's for the minor bits - oil changes, tires, replace a light, etc. (I figure a chain like that isn't going to rip me off, right?) So when my 10 year old car started making noises, I took it to them first, and they told me there was body work needed first and foremost... so then the hunt was on. I got the recommendation for Second To None as a friend of a friend had used them before and was happy with them. I know why now. The personal service there really is second to none -- the ladies in the office are friendly and nice and helpful, quick to help me set up the first visits and appointments, the rental car, everything I needed. I'm going to say upfront that Frank reminds me so much of my step-dad that this might not be a fair review. When we discovered that my battery had been leaking acid (and clearly for at least a few months, unbeknownst to me because I don't open the hood, ever) I got the same look of bemused disapproval my step-dad would have given me. When I had to bring the car back a few days after the first run because the noise came back, there was no attitude, no difficulty, in fact he rushed me in on my lunch break, trying to minimize the time I had to be there. When he determined the problem could be fixed long term - but that the cost would end up being a LOT more than was in my budget - we had a talk about whether or not it was worth it... his words were something along the lines of "If you really want me to take your money and do it, I will." and then proceeded to tell me all of the reasons I shouldn't give him my money to do it. You always hear stories about being ripped off by car guys... I feel confident Frank is not that guy. He will always have my auto-body business from here out. Also - if you're a Harley fan (as in the motorcycles) -- drop by just to say hi and check out Frank's impressive Harley swag collection. My front bumper had been hit while parked causing the passenger side to sag and rattle. After reading the reviews here I decided to give them a try. Pulling in the lot I could tell it was a very busy place by the sheer number of cars there to be fixed, both commercial and private. Before I could enter the office I was approached and asked what I needed. We walked to my car with me dreading some outrageous price. When he saw what was wrong he said wait a minute and with a couple of twists, pulls, and a smack or two my bumper was looking as it should. Apparently the clips holding it had bent and popped loose. He then thanked me for stopping in and asked if there was anything else I needed. He could have easily told me there was hidden damage and charged me but instead took the time out of his obviously busy day to help me out. Honesty and integrity are so rare in today's world but it can definitely be found here. read more
