had my car there on the 26th of June had it for a week. it is now July have to take it back the plastic is coming away from the bumper on both sides in the right side of front. Gave them a good review but wish I didn't. took it have to wait more then a week to take it in. Now I t take it Monday hopefully it will be fixed right so I don't have to go back. read more

I want to thank Angelo, Mark, James & Abigale for their excellent customer service today. I brought my BMW X6 in as a result a of front end collision. Mark helped throughout the process and kept me updated. When I went to pick up my car today I noticed an issue to the rear of the car and Angelo quickly responded and addressed the issue and agreed to fix it at a later date to be scheduled. I appreciate how they quickly addressed the issue. I would recommend Gerber Collision should you need any body work. I will attach before and after pictures of the front end damage. I called to schedule an appointment for my vehicle and was told a week out. When I identified my insurance company they then informed me they would not be able to get me in for a month and a half as that is their process with my insurance company. Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

Insurance company of the guy who hit our car recommended this partner body shop. Had body work done on bumper & fender. Barb was customer service rep that helped me. New parts looked good and paint was blended well. Noticed that they forgot to paint the mirror which was scraped as well. So they said I'd have to come back. They said we didn't tell them about it but it was initially told to their insurance company. At least they approved it to be fixed under the claim. We were rear ended one morning. It didn't look like any damage but the back up sensors and the trim was cracked. Barb was very helpful in getting us set up and enterprise has a car ready for us. Took about a week and so far so good. Car looks great and paperwork was easy. I'd go here over a dealership anytime. read more

We stopped in here with our damaged vehicle (just body damage) and they immediately helped us and did an estimate, they work with Enterprise down the street so someone was able to come from enterprise to get a rental set up while we finished the papers for the car. The entire process was very smooth and easy. They kept us in the loop while the repairs were being done and had the vehicle ready when promised. After 5 weeks of work and the 3rd attempt to pick up my "completed" vehicle, we gave up on Gerber and took it to the dealer for completion of the mechanical work. When the dealer is complete, we will find another body shop to work on panel fitment for the panels Gerber replaced and clean up the flaws in the paint word they did. They seemed to have a bit of a it's good enough work ethic. read more

I went to place cause they had good reviews , the service was terrible they quoted me at $9,000 and it ended being $15,000 they had my car for 2 months then had to take it back repeatedly , and they somehow let water leak in my tailgate which caused it to short and had to replace that at my cost cause they said it wasn't there fault , if I could give 0 stars I would read more
