And low n behold.... Omar had finished it up for us. Our clothes smelled amazing. Ive always had a good experience there and a free dry with every wash?? You ca nt pass that up. This newly remodeled laundromat is super clean, well maintained and has staff onsite during business hours. All the machines are new and work well. They offer 3 sizes of machines depending on your load capacity. No cash, no problem. They have an App to use to pay for washers and dryers which is super convenient. This is the only dry cleaner in town so they are busy. And since they no longer do their dry cleaning in-house, the turn around time is a little longer but I've had good experiences with no issues. I really like the drop off wash and dry services they offer. I've taken several large blankets/quilts to have washed and dried with same day service. The staff has always done a great job, very friendly and only $22.

If I ever need change and my money doesn't go into the change machine the attendants are always happy to exchange out my money. Unfortunately, this practice makes me feel devalued so I will not be returning. Korean business have enjoyed tremendous support within urban communities. I believe they should punish bad actors and not everyone who patronize their business; if in fact that is what they are doing!

Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

And it was in terrible shape; badly stained a dark streaked tea color, matted, frayed, and really almost unsalvagable in our view. I took it to Prime Service Cleaners in O'Fallon, always my family's go-to cleaner, and walked in with it. They immediately told me what I had already guessed; there was little chance this dress could withstand what it would take to clean it even if it were even possible to clean it. It would take a miracle. But the process was most likely to simply destroy the dress due to its delcate fabric and tassles. I asked them to try anyway and signed the release form. Today, we picked up that dress and to say I was positively stunned would be the understatement of the century. This dress now looks near-perfect, like a true museum piece. I can't even comprehend what took to make this piece come back to life. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your truly amazing masterful preservation of a family treasure.

They did a wonderful job. The fur is Snow White and the red is vivid. I am so extremely happy with these guys. The suit looks amazing!
