My partner and I travel quite a bit and we prefer for our dog to stay at home where she is comfortable and will not be stressed out by noisy environments at boarding facilities. Their communication is fast and efficient and so far we've always been matched when a sitter on our requested dates. You can leave a key with them so that you don't have to bother meeting up each time before/after a visit to exchange the key. They have various visit options/rates. We like to do two 30-minute walks for morning and evening plus a 15-minute potty break midday. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other businesses but we find the rates reasonable! We are grateful to have had Sharon take care of our pup several times recently. Sharon has been great at communication and checks in with us prior to each trip. She sends updates and photos/videos of our dog each time she comes by for a visit. We know our dog is in great hands with her! Highly recommend Inner Loop!

They know absolutely nothing about how to train cats. We have been keeping our cats separated because of fighting, so we hired a trainer to come out to our home to help us reintegrate them. Before the trainer came, she asked us to have the cats in their harnesses, even though our cats have had zero harness training and for them to be in separate rooms where they can't hide from her, which was an odd request. She spent absolutely no time trying to bond with our cats and decided that on the very first day, the cats were ready to be in the same room together. What? They haven't been in the same room together in months. They are wearing harnesses, which they do not like wearing, there is a stranger in close proximity, and they have been put in the same room together. What could go wrong. Needless to say, everything went wrong. The cats freaked out. They were so stressed. One was trying desperately to hide, but was trapped by the trainer. To top it off, the trainer texted later and thought the cats seemed relaxed when she left. OMG, seriously. It was a terrible experience for the cats and for us. You don't have to be an animal behavior specialist to know all the things the trainer was doing was wrong. Any pet owner with any common sense would know that. We canceled the rest of the sessions. Lost our $250 deposit and money for the training session. What is more disappointing is the owner of the company, Dr. Savage, never reached out to ask why we canceled the rest of the sessions and never asked about our experience with the trainer. You would think, as the owner, she would want to know what happened.

I've used her countless times and she always shows up when she says she will. She also puts up with my absentmindedness like when I forgot my lock broke and she didn't have access to the apartment. She went to the office and got a key in to my place knowing my cat needed some TLC when I was unavailable to help because I was in a meeting. Also I had to leave town when my car was having some health issues. Jennifer had no problem with the possibility of taking her to the vet. All the…read moretrainers we came across were super friendly and just seemed like they had lots of love for the doggies. We looked forward to the video we'd receive after each day Luka would attend. Every day was something different for Luka to experience and we thought it was really awesome that they took him to a bookstore, had a Pool party, went to the park, play dates with other pups, etc. They let me know off the bat that if their was anything I really wanted them to work on with Luka that they would try their best to assist. They showed me the grooming tools they have laying around just to help dogs get comfortable with them. They helped us introduce Luka to getting his teeth brushed as well as brushing his coat. I really appreciated them suggesting I swing by and take a tour of the facility before signing him up. We got to see where the puppies were kept for "nap time", how they were separated from the bigger dogs, the measures they'd take on hot days to ensure that the dogs stay fresh, etc They were always very responsive and were very understanding when last minute changes came up and we had to reschedule one of Lukas day. Can't say enough about the positive experience with Revival. We were so sad we couldn't continue Lukas training with them considering we moved out of state but very thankful they helped increase Lukas confidence around other pups, different environments, and just learning new things everyday. Wonderful service. we have got to know the wonderful staff and sitters she has. The best thing about them is the personalized service they provide. its like a family atmosphere. this is so important because when we travel several times a year, we feel very safe and comfortable with their taking care of our cats, which is soooo important. We can actually enjoy our vacations knowing our cats are well taken care of.. When one of our cats passed away 2 years ago, Nicole sent a beautiful card and a picture that i didnt even know she had of our Chance. It brought tears to our eyes and i still have that Polaroid on the front of our refrigerator .. Just a great group of people from Nicole to top down to the managemnt and sitters.
