I have been long holding off on this review for a long time now thinking about how I wanted to…read moreexpress my thoughts. Now, on the verge of my house selling, I am finally to put 'pen to paper.' I met Tyir in July. The original person I had spoked to was Ryan. When we decided to see some homes in Menifee before listing my home, it was Tyir that ended up meeting us there. After speaking with him then, we decided to move forward with Tyir to list our home. When we were speaking, he gave us the notion that the house would be ok being listed at 780K. He scheduled the photos and all he told us to do was to clear up the clutter. The photographer came and pictures were taken. When we signed our agreement, he also told us he would use social media outlets to promote my home. I looked on Instagram and Facebook and didnt see it happen. I left it alone and hoped for the best. Weeks go by and we barely get any traffic. We had an open home and 2 people showed up. 1 was a prospective buyer and the other was our neighbor. Not even 2 weeks later after the complete lack of viewings, we drop the price to $750k. We get very few request for viewers, but we did end up getting one offer. It was for 25K less and we were able to negotiate up to 730. However, the buyer backed out not even 3 days later. Days go by and we still have little traffic. I once again checked social media outlets to see how my home was getting promoted and nothing. I decided to give them one last chance and drop the price again. We hold an open house after the price drop and we get ONE viewing. One. Here is where things fell apart for me. Ahead of this open house, my wife and I decided to take the initiative to arrange our home even more. We even decided to add ceiling fans to the loft and to the master as well as pendant lights in the kitchen and a light fixture in the living room. We did not have these things prior. We asked, multiple times, for Tyir as well as his partner Ryan to please come and take new pictures and to adjust the listing to include these things. We were told the morning of the open house that they would come in the afternoon to do this for us so that we might be able to get more traffic. The day ends and no one shows up. I was incredibly upset. But more than that, I was incredibly disappointed. He was aware of how tight our schedule was and the lack of a follow through on this was a huge letdown. The very next day I decided to look for a new agent to get my home sold. She told us how poor the pictures were and she could see why the home didnt get traffic. Not to mention the market conditions had shifted. How I wish we received more honesty and maybe we could have taken better pictures the first time we listed. I feel like we lost out on so much money because of the time we lost. No social media presence, no follow through on anything. It was so incredibly disappointing. Our first open home with our new agent got us more views and traffic than we did with Tyir in a month and a half. When I reflected on the cancelation, the urgency and proactiveness was simply not there. And it really makes me upset just thinking about. I could go on and on about this and I kept all text messages on my phone. And I still read it just to see how much fell apart. I feel like we have left so much money on the table as a result of this. I wish I switched agents sooner than I did. I had a feeling I should have but I decided to give them another chance. How I wish I can that it back. I am not even going to touch on the purchase credit he will be receiving as we actually went to the home we ended up purchasing without him first and they came after the fact. And I can attest that the purchase price ended up getting was due in large part to us negotiating it the day we signed the purchase agreement. We were at the office from 3PM to 5PM

He had to work not only with myself but with my family, and everyone knows it's hard to please multiple people with different wants or needs. He made it flawless and painless. Sergio was always available when needed and took his time to make sure we understood the step by step processes and knowing the do's and don'ts when buying a home. He's friendly, funny, relatable and all around a genuine person who wants to help. He was there for us during the process, making sure the sellers fixed any issues we addressed before closing. He was there after to make sure we were good and ask if anything else needs to be addressed or looked at but like I said, he made it painless and almost stress free. I'm buying a house for the first time, of course I'm stressed. However, I would 100% recommend Sergio to help you buy your forever home. Definitely worth making that call.

I don't even know where to begin. I called Katie in a complete panic. We had got a 60 day notice…read morebecause owners of our previous home were selling. That week i was searching high n low for homes in places i didn't even want to go and rent was outrageous. I said screw it and found a lender and got a pre approval AND found a realtor all that week this realtor didn't ask me a thing about my family or showed any concern for me or my levels of stress. I was in tears, not only frustration but lack of knowledge and fear of following through with BUYING our first home. My husband and I decided to look for a non referral from friends and look through here ourselves(YELP). I wanted someone who was a hustler like me and someone to take some of the load of stress off my shoulders This is how I found Katie. I immediately called her and what a ray of light I got. She calmed me and actually asked ME about my family, about my needs, about my hopes and dreams. At the end of our long conversation she said "hey are you available tomorrow morning" I was thinking for what??? And she said I have 4 or so houses I'd love for you to see. One of those homes were EVERYTHING I've been looking for and more. So again all within a week and a half we were in escrow. The whole process was scary but Katie is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She relieve a great deal of stress and put up with our newbie / amateur questions and concerns lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATIE AARON ‍

Let me start off by saying, me and my wife hand picked Joel based off of his amazing Yelp reviews,…read moremaybe that was our mistake. We reached out to him with a few places that we wanted to see. He got back to us in a timely manner and told us there were no showings yet for some of the homes. We sent him some more that we wanted to see, and Sunday was our first time meeting him in person. We met him at a new construction build, and me and my wife were pretty excited. Yes, we were three minutes late, we can take responsibility for that. We got out the car and approached Joel, who was waiting by the front. Mind you this is our first time meeting, and he never formally introduced himself. He said our names to make sure it was us, but that was it. There was no "Hi, nice to meet you," or "Hi, how are you, I'm Joel." It seemed as if he didn't care who we were and that we were going to be his clients. We never had a formal sit down to discuss the process, what we were looking for, or asked if we had any questions. We never even got a business card from him, but he was sure quick to leave them at every place we saw. Once we started viewing the homes, me and my spouse were talking amongst ourselves about the things we liked and didn't like. We aren't picky but we would like a few things. He never asked what we wanted or did we like any of the properties. Once we found one that property that he suggested, he didn't even ask how we liked it. He just told us the next step is to put our names on the list and fill out the required paperwork. He definitely wasn't big on small talk at all. It seemed as if he just wanted to get rid of us, and he had other places to be. He didn't even TRY to get to know us personally. If you can't build rapport with your clients, why should the clients trust you enough to buy a home with you? First impressions are everything and this first impression sucked. While we were looking at one property that we really liked, the sales rep was in the office with another client after we came back. Joel told us we could go see the other model while we waited. We came back and he was having a long conversation with another realtor there. He saw us and continued on with his conversation. He never asked us how we liked that one or what we thought. Just kept talking away and never said a word to us. He talked to this guy more than he talked to us! At the end of this visit, Joel said the next step is to fill out the paperwork to get on the list with the builder and then he said goodbye. Excuse me but how did YOU know we really even liked the place? Don't think you're about to get a pay out for 5 minutes of work. If we are going to have to know you for the next 6 months while waiting for the home to be built, you better treat us like you give a crap about us. Let me tell you, Joel suggested ONE property to us. He never sent a list of other available listings or did any of the leg work. We found the places and all he did was meet us there. We didn't have any appointments or anything. The people in the sales offices spoke to us more than he did. We don't need a "communicator," we can talk to people ourselves. I even waited to tour places, so that Joel could receive the commission, because a realtor needed to be present on the first visit. He didn't talk about any of the properties or what was included. I'll say this, there's many real estate agents in the area, we definitely don't need you if you don't care. This was going to be a for sure sale using the VA loan, but someone else will meet our needs. We are also NOT first time home owners, so we do know what to expect when it comes to a realtor and what good customer service is. Would not recommend him, unless you're searching for your second million dollar home in the Inland Empire. He just wants the easy money and does not care about the client. S/N: Attached is a text from Joel, in case he tries to dispute us ever working together.
