Didn't exactly vibe with the individual as I felt they were more aggressive with every single showing at the end asking, "so you want to put in an offer?" And I am someone who needs to NOT be pressured and let me go back a couple times to check it out before I dump my hard earned money that I've been saving for 2 years into a place. She took the time to hear my story and I can tell you from our first initial phone call I felt an immediate connection. Almost like I was talking to my older sister which she is basically my jie jie now hahaha After we set a date to meet up which she DROVE to our workplace to introduce herself. I got to meet Serena as well which she was also very nice. We got a crash course on the market and it felt reassuring to know Stephanie was up to date with the current market trend. From there it was just a smooth ride with her and her team. So organized with group chats and emails for any Docusign. Never once did we have a communication error or misunderstanding.
