I was referred to Dr. Orlow by my father-in-law, and boy was he right! Dr. Orlow is not only an excellent chiropractor, he is also very personable and knowledgeable in many areas! He takes time to explain what he is doing and is on point with all his observations. I came in to see Dr. Orlow after having my lower back go out on me after flying children around in circles. Hey everyone, just wanted to write a review on dr. Orlow. He is GREAT and know how to take care of his client and have been seeing him for past 3 yrs. Overall, I would rate him 5 stars, but with the past 2 experience, I dropped it down to 3 because of following reasons: 1. I called and left a message to set up an appointment and never got a call back. But was able to squeeze me in the same day. The draw back to that was, I had to wait 45 min outside my car because only available time was 5:00 pm. 2. After the visit, they scheduled me in for Saturday at 8:15 am. Arrived 10 min early but they were little backed up. Finding out, their were patients coming in and finding that they never got the patients appointment booked into the schedule. So, while siting for 45 to 50 min., a patient comes in from Riverside to find out she was not in the book also. After waiting an hour, and seeing other who came in later, I was done waiting. I told Liz that I was done waiting and asked out of the office more stressed than coming into the office to get adjustment from the stress at work. After back to back disappointing experience, maybe it's time to move onto different doctor. I noticed a chiropractor office next to where I live, so I will give them my business. It's sad to leave DR. Orlow office after 3 years. HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR, who is passionate about the well being of his patients. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM AS YOUR chiropractor, BUT YOU MUGHT WANT TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE OFFICE BEFORE HEADING TO THE OFFICE YO MAKE SURE YOUR APPOINTMENT ARE SET UP. I will give DR. Alan Fluger at Brea Chiropractor office a try next week and write a review after the visit. Unfortunately, they do not see walk in patient, but received all the paperwork to fill out when coming in for my first visit on Tuesday. What I found out was that this office offers, 30 min massage with chiropractor office visit. They have 2 massage therapist on site during their business hours, which is a plus. I first met Dr. Orlow after a car accident in 2009. I had some bad experiences with other chiroprators, but Dr. Orlow was highly recommended. My neck and back was messed up from that accident and actually my neck was bad from a previous accident 10 years ago. Not only was he professional, and pleasant but he also fixed my neck and back problems within 9 weeks or so. I was very happy! A year later, I broke my tailbone when I delivered my baby. I was in excruciating pain for about 8 weeks. My doctor basically told me there was nothing they could do except prescribe me pain meds which I didn't take cuz I was nursing. I suddenly remembered Dr. Orlow and gave him a call.He told me that there was several things he could try to alleviate my pain. I still can't believe that within 3 visits he took my pain from an 8 to a 2. Amazing!!!!!!! I wish I would have thought of him right away.... would have saved me soooo much pain, tears. It's been a little over a year, and I'm doing better. It only hurts when I sit down for a long period of time, and the pain is manageable. Anyway, he's a great doctor, so give him a try. read more

I saw Claribel Jimenez, D.C. who also works in Dr. Orlows office. She is GREAT!! Ive had non stop muscle tension in my shoulders and neck for the last year and a half. After one session with her focus on deep tissue release of my muscles in spasm, I felt 50% better. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the atmosphere of this office and recommend to anyone suffering from chronic muscle tension. Thank you Dr. Jimenez! I finally found a doctor willing to focus exactly on all of the muscles in my neck and shoulder that are stiff and spasming (and Ive been to a lot of massage therapists/doctors). Dr. Claribel Jimenez is my go to chiropractor. She is very friendly, profesional, and patient. She always tries to find the root of the problem to help you. I live an active lifestyle and I've had 2 knee surgeries along side several other injuries due to sports. She has treated both my knees, back and neck several times.
