While she listened to our requests and agreements with one another and helped make those things possible, she was also honest about what the judge may or may not like to see. This ensured that our agreements was something the judge would be more likely to approve. She was very easy to work with. One thing I was not as prepared for was the costs outside the sessions themselves. Something for future clients to know about is that it will cost not just the sessions but also the coordination via email as well. Despite this though, I would certainly use Susie again. Because of financial constraints and also the feeling that nothing was being accomplished I requested his withdrawal and the return of my remaining retainer. From this point on, he ignored multiple emails and text messages and refused to return my remaining monies. In an effort to simplify the process and save everyone time and money the Defendants Attorney (I am the Plantiff) suggested all parties sign an Assented Motion for Withdrawal and we could all proceed without wasting money and time in court. Peter continued to ignore emails from me and the Defendants Attorney requesting his signature on said documents. Instead, in his very calculated and greedy mode of operation, he chose to attend court so that he could continue using my remaining retainer while knowing full well the dire financial situation I was in. Please please do not hire this Attorney. You will regret your decision. I am so upset with myself that I didn't take the negative reviews written more seriously. As a single Mother working full time, I am already dealing with a lot of stress so to have the stress of this and feeling completely betrayed and taken advantage of is heartbreaking.
