I even talked to my primary care doctor about getting a referral to a new provider. I decided not to because that would entail a new allergy test and paying out of pocket potentially. Against my better judgement, I stayed with Feldman ENT. -I've been mistakenly overbilled for (more expensive out of pocket) allergy drops instead of shots, which are covered by my insurance -They repeatedly had delays ordering the shot serum. This nearly threw off my treatment timeline and delayed me "moving up" to the stronger second year dose, despite me adhering very strictly to the shot schedule on my own end. (Meaning it nearly compromised my treatment entirely due to admin and supply issues.) -Now once I'm over one year in and locked in with working with Feldman, they've discontinued use of the tracker app for my shots, meaning I have to track my shots with a paper and pen. This has made it MUCH harder for me to stay on schedule. Go anywhere else. Please save yourself the stress and delays.

I don't mean to de-value people's opinions, man, but they would just be flat out wrong. Dr. Singh has several convenient office locations and is a pleasure to deal with. His surgical technique is unparalleled. I was diagnosed as having nasal polyps and a deviated septum. I had congestion that had been bothering me for years, and really messed with my ability to run and taste my food. After a consult with Dr. Singh, we decided to go with the surgical route, as steroids and nasal sprays simply weren't cutting it. He showed me what was going on in my nose, explained the corrections that needed to be made, and made clear what I should expect for the surgery and into recovery. If you are looking for an ENT who doesn't like to use a lot of nasal packing and you're in the DC metropolitan area, I'd say he should be your number one choice. Removing nasal packing is very unpleasant, but he's got the technique down. Three weeks after the surgery, my relief was so great it felt like I was stealing other people's oxygen. He's helped me regain my former 8:30 minute per mile marathon pace!

Dr. Vap is the first doctor to actually take the time to talk to me, give me a thorough exam, order the necessary tests, and work with me to come up with a treatment plan. He's helping me find out exactly what causes my symptoms rather than just insisting that I take a million medicines. He even suggested and ordered the food allergy bloodwork that I've been begging my allergist to do for years. The specialists that I had gone to about my cough before him had just rushed the appointment and pushed medicine at me; I'm so happy to have finally found a doctor who takes his time with patients and really cares about finding a solution.

Result was cancer in my left tonsil. I was referred to Dr. Joshi, who explained the trans oral robotic surgery (TORS) that he would perform. He was attentive, clearly an expert, and explained clearly how the procedure would be carried out. Some margin was too close to my carotid artery to be surgically removed--a course of radiation remedied that. I've been following up with Dr. Joshi and his superb team, and appear to be "out of the woods." I can't say enough about his care for me.

Dr Picken was also extremely helpful at the follow-up appointment, not only in terms of the post-surgical steps, but also regarding another medical condition that was unrelated to the surgery but had had an impact on it. She is excellent at her specialty and explains things in an easily-understandable way. She respects her patients: listens to them and understands their concerns... which makes her a model physician in my book.

When I arrived this morning I was told that the billing office did not work with my insurance, and so I would have to pay out of pocket. I called the insurance company and confirmed again that yes, this office works with my plan, but yet again was denied. The best they could do is tell me that I had to pay 100% of the bill out of pocket - then they would submit the bill to the insurance for payment - and if it went through, I'd have to work with the doctor's billing office to get reimbursed. So the best they could do is ask me+the insurance to pay twice and then have me cross my fingers to get my money back from the billing department that insists they don't honor my coverage? I think not. Thanks for wasting my time, Feldman Group - your front desk wasn't helpful what so ever, I wasted over 30 minutes of my time and was late to work, and my ears are still in pain.

It costs $199/year, but is worth every cent (and then some). It's kind of like a medical "start-up" done right. Online scheduling, really long appointments, nice offices. Check 'em out.
