I was told it was "temporarily fixed" so they could issue my inspection sticker. The fog light is still not repaired. I called trying to resolve this before going back in person. When I did, the son of the owner was extremely rude. He treated us like we were lying and dismissed our concerns. All I wanted was for them to either complete the repair (since I already paid for labor) or let me just pay for the part and finish it properly. Instead, they refused to fix it or refund money for work that wasn't done. I'm also concerned about the legality of issuing an inspection sticker without the vehicle fully passing, as that may violate West Virginia Code §17C-16-7. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

All damn day, and no one had one single thought as to whose responsibility that might be. The suggested resolution was to leave the vehicle there overnight, with the people who forgot to service my car in the first place, with all the faith and hope in the world that they'll somehow remember to service the vehicle the next day. Um, no. That actually felt pretty shady, honestly. Between all of these attempts, we wasted 4 hours in driving time going back and forth to the garage for absolutely no reason other than to piss me off. That's what you get with these corporate outfits, and that's what I get for not doing my research on this company. They don't give a shit about you as a customer, and they certainly don't value your business. They treat their employees like shit, which leads to poor service and high turnover. All that matters is making money for the dear, almighty shareholders. They have to invent new ways to overcharge and overprice in order to do it. It's literally the business model. They don't need a loyal customer base, just desperate people who need their vehicles fixed. People are always desperate and in need of vehicle repair. It's kinda like the healthcare "industry." And watch, corporate will respond with some bullshit boiler plate response, "We are so sorry we didn't provide satisfactory service.
