Heather is very responsive to all forms of communication. My cats are deathly afraid of people, but Heather was able to send me pictures of them hiding under the bed every day. She made the pick up and drop off of the key super easy and was available to work on a holiday. I appreciate the ability to pay online as well. I also like that she had us sign paperwork for vet treatment as needed ahead of time. She took the time to understand my dog's needs, her motivations, and how to best work with her. While I was in China for 10 days, Heather and her team were very accommodating and responsive with working with my boyfriend to take care of her. They took her for walks in the middle of the day, and texted my boyfriend a report each day with how it went. They gave her treats (with our permission) and lots of pets after each walk- so I know my dog was living the life of luxury! I was really thankful for Puget Paws, and would recommend them to anyone! Sarah kept Lucy in her bedroom at bedtime, and even took her to an outdoor event so she would not be alone. I have picture of Lucy on a picnic blanket looking very happy. He offered no apology or advice for the situation, simply insulting our dog as he gave it back. I asked them about it through text messages while on vacation, and they said the app was having "issues". We have 3 cats who need to eat twice a day (one of which requires medication twice daily). They were entering our home through our garage that keeps a log of the date/time it is opened/closed. When we got home from vacation, we checked our logs and found that what was showing on the pet app was accurate. They hadn't shown up for two visits and came extremely late for others. When we confronted them, they denied it and said they had come twice a day every day. Since our cats were alive and appeared fine, we didn't push it. However, I know they did not show up for a couple of visits which is completely irresponsible, unacceptable, and negligent. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
