I am stressed out listening to my dog's pain. Nothing can prepare you for listening to your dog trying to tell you. Help me. Long story short, I didn't have a plan. The referral vet, who has the dog's X-rays & medical records for over a month, never returned my call. My vet didn't shed any info, just that they would get the orthopedic surgeon to call me. Which never happened! I called Dr.Madigan. Left voicemails in tears. Trust me I couldn't stop crying. Dr. Madigan returned my calls with helpful advice. Never in my life have a met a more compassionate vet. This vet does not know me or owe me anything. Yet the Dr. Madigan provided his time! God less you, Dr. Madigan!

They get your name, phone number and give you a call when they are ready for your pet. The place is clean, staff is very helpful and kind, and their prices were better than many other places. Long story short, this was a very sad visit, but it was handled very well, and with compassion. I can't recommend them enough.

So I took Mr Beans In on Saturday for his annual checkup and shots. From the time I walked in to the time I left they took care in making sure my timid little man was comfortable. But today they called me with his lab results that were great and emailed them to me as well. I began to look them over and saw something that said HIGH. Concerned I started looking online for information. I then called them to see if they could explain it and if I needed to do something for him. After a brief hold, I expected to get a vet tech but instead it was Dr. Kothmann! He took the time to explain it to me and assured me Mr Beans was healthy and fine. This was everything to me! She didn't even entertain the idea that it could be something else. So first batch of meds and ointment didn't work. I go back. We try another round of different meds . I have to tell the doctor I want to be more aggressive. I want to fight what ever she has. I have noticed that whenever my dog had any issues . (It was always her ears ). They'd give me a medicine that would do nothing or feed whatever she had. Then I'd always have to go back and get more. I think it's a total scam. So I go to another vet to get another to get another opinion. While I'm there they leave me a message saying she has fungal. The new vet calls to get records but of course they don't want to send them. I have to call and ask them to send them.
