I stopped going to this place years ago. They just don't take care of your vehicle Lose stuff and don't put stuff back correctly. Had to buy a whole new set of push pins. Had underglow installed worked for about 2 weeks and I had to keep showing up for them to fix it multiple times and they still weren't able to get it right. This place is seriously the best!!! For Christmas I bought my bf decals for his truck. Everyone I called said they couldn't do it because I didn't buy the decals from them. I have a 2009 Ford Edge that the vista sunroof was stuck open. I went to many places to get estimates and find a place that will actually close the vista roof. Went in and received an estimate, dropped the car off the next morning and it was fixed for a reasonable price the same day. No worries about rain getting in the car now that it is closed! I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We had him install a cd stereo player, fix my auto door lock that made a horrible noise every time it was locked, he found a piece of hood trim for a 1999 model, AND he got my daughter's VW Turbo Bug running again after a year of it just sitting. Called ahead and asked if they could fix a sunroof leak and they said yes. Charged me $125 and all they did was clean out some drain pipes (which I had told them I already did) and it was still leaking. Took it back and they had my car for 4 days claiming they tried everything and couldn't find the leak. "We Pour water on your car for hours and couldn't find any leak". Didn't have my car back for 24 hours and it continued leaking. I seriously doubt they did any actual work on my car otherwise they would have seen the leak and been able to fix it. read more

This place sucks!!! They are super helpful until something breaks under warranty. LED lights should last longer than 5 months, and they refused to honor a replacement. I helped with the swap out as far as nuts and bolts, he did the connections. Now I'm told they are not covered because he didn't bill me for the Install, even though the receipt says 2 years. I was personally told, "take me to court"! That's horrible business ethic and I'll warn all not to patronize this business. These words came straight from the owner himself. read more

These guys screwed up my stereo install and then tried to charge me extra labor and parts. They looked up SR5 4 runner instead of limited model which has completely different stereo and amplifier. They then wired it so it bypasses my factory amp and I loose my subwoofer, they wired it in as a door speaker. I completely lost 3 speakers that they didn't even connect. These guys have no idea what they are doing and now I'm stuck trying to fix their mistakes. Avoid this place !!!!! read more

Ramzey ruined my beautiful Muscle car,the new paint on the car was scratched all over the car ,chipped paint, as he removed the right fender and hood,to drill holes for the A/C hoses.New chrome bumpers scuffed as the car was abviously moved around in his shop. a brand new headliner hanging down that he didn't no how to install wires hanging down and nothing hooked up.every thing I asked him to do on the car he never completed , so I paid 1200.00 up front basically to destroy my show condition muscle car .Don't take you car to this shop,and let your friends know so they won't get ripped off. this is a true story. read more

Ramzy and his team is amazing. I had a problem with a backup camera and they got right onto it. They have huge knowledge base for all things automotive, but high IQ for electronics and stereo equipment. They took great care of my wife's van (huge brownie points!). I highly recommend Ramzy's. I got a new Pioneer stereo as a gift. I needed to have an old unit replaced with my upgrade. A friend suggested that I try this local store. I went on a Saturday morning. the staff was immediately there to help. The stereo was removed and replaced within an hour. Nice clean shop, and a place to wait if you have to. After taking the truck to a different autobody shop, we learned that there was an issue with the horn sensor (see the previous review). I took my car in to have my own stereo installed,with my OWN satellite antenna and module,Ramzy himself said sure no problem.So I made an appointment to have it done.I got there a little early(7:30 a.m.),the appointment was for 8:00 a.m., the tech started on my car after he conformed it on the phone with Ramzy .Ramzy got there around 9:00 a.m. After 3 hours my car was not done and they told me that the module was lost and the antenna was missing, these were there when I got there,so I asked where they were,he said they were missing,they had just taken they from my other car to install in another car of mine,so where did they gi?? He said he could sell me one,I TOLD HIM TO GET THE RADIO IN AND I'D GO DOWN THE STREET,I left and went to Dynamite and he installed it without a problem,I would never recommend or go to Ramzy's again not after they made me wait over 3 hrs,with nobody working on my car for bout 2 of those hours( I kept going out to check)and they stole my parts! read more
