First time here at the Soundgarden and this place is awesome. I didn't realize its the old emporium. We came here for WBAB's contractors appreciation party. It was a closed door event so it was a different experience than a regular night because it was sponsored by WBAB they had give always and drink specials. Music was utterly amazing and the food from Sneaky Pete's was fantastic. All the food was hot and fresh and the staff was great. Thank you for hosting this super fun event

Cool new revamped space. For St. Patrick's Day 2019 attended the Corned Beef & Chaos hosted by WBAB 102.3 Long Islands Rock Station. 19th year and holy cow! From a block & 1/2 wait to get in- a mob show. Offered coat check. (Cool) only one bar and despite many bartenders, they couldn't keep up with the demand and bar was at least 4-5 deep before even being acknowledged. Bathroom- men's room, no line whatsoever. Woman's- was 3 wide and went from restroom to top of stairs leading to dance floor- absolutely insane. And atrocious. Noticed an attendant in there however not sure what her job was? No toilet paper in stalls, floor was a disgusting mess (wet, garbage...) And I'm sure the Fire Marshall would have had a hey day inside. Way. Too. Packed. As in you couldn't move at all. Was pushed and bumped like a pinball and of course, getting sloshed on by the full cups of beer that everyone walked around with. Miller Lite were $1 so you saw folks grabbing 3-4 at a time to spare themselves having to wait. All in all- great venue for live shows. O El Amor killed it as the entertainment and the Boys of WBAB hold a soft spot in my heart.

WOW! This place has everything you want in a venue plus more. Between the stage and dance floor, to the full kitchen and bar with an outdoor beer garden, where could you go wrong?! The gourmet style menu is also very inviting, having every item in song titles. My favorites on the menu is "Rock Lobster" (Lobster Mac & Cheese) and "Bless The Wings" (Chicken Wings, I chose Teriyaki flavor). SO DELICIOUS! You need to come here to try the food and see the fun. Such a spacious and inviting place!

Came here the other day to see O El Amor and had an awesome time! Drinks were reasonably priced for a night club and the sound was amazing. Favorite venue to see them play!

Place was very nice , my 1st time here so it was a pleasant surprise , the space is great and 3 bars is useful when out at an event where most drink , the bathrooms were kind of awful for such a nice place , out of service , gross , no one cleaned and no toilet paper , makes no sense. My other complaint was the bartender took an extra 5 bucks for the 2 drinks ordered , was told one price and given the wrong change and I don't think it was by accident , I was a bit annoyed .. I just didn't end up tipping.

Price - ~$75 (appetizer, entree, drink, tip) Food - 2/5 - lacking for the price. Drinks were lacking. Service - 4/5 - friendly and on point. Ambiance - 4/5 - cool vibe inside with rooftop. Overall - 3/5 - did just about everything right except the food. Service was great. Waitress was very friendly, gave recommendations, and fun to have around. Inside of restaurant had a cool vibe and was nice to be in. Rooftop was awesome and the highlight. Unfortunately the food fell short. For the price, it was pretty lacking in taste. Portion were ok but the food was all pretty lackluster. Mussels had curry in them but could barely taste it. Tacos were pretty bland. The drinks barely had alcohol in them? They tasted fine but had 2 drinks and barely felt a thing (I know my tolerance). Unfortunate on the food when it came to here. Likely would not return. Best Dish - None to note Would Return - Probably not

After dinner, I approached the gentleman collecting the entrance fee to ask what time the fee begins and whether it applies to guests and families who are coming specifically for dinner. He informed me that there is no set time for collecting the fee and that it is entirely at his discretion. I respectfully asked him to clarify how that policy is determined, but he refused to provide an explanation. When I asked for his name, he responded that he "doesn't have one" and immediately ignored me, turning his attention to the next customer approaching the entrance. I found this interaction to be extremely unprofessional and discourteous. My concern is less about the entrance fee itself and more about the lack of transparency and the dismissive manner in which my questions were handled. Customers should be treated with respect when asking reasonable questions about a business's policies. Since he refused to identify himself, I have attached a photo of the individual. Because of this experience, I intend to share my concerns with management. Unfortunately, this interaction has left a very negative impression, and I do not plan on returning.

On top of that, my damn car decided to up and die, so I've been bleeding money on Ubers just to get to and from work. I even had to go into work on my day off just to sit around waiting for the tow truck so they could junk it. Love that for me. After I handled business with the junkers, I said eff it and headed to Whiskey Neat. I was starving--no breakfast, running on fumes--and since my job's in Patchogue, I figured I'd finally try them for lunch. First of all... happy hour on a Saturday from 12-6?! Uhhh hello?? In my Angelina from Jersey Shore voice. And if you pay cash, you get the discount. Say less. They've got a fabulous small plates menu. I started with the French onion soup--ooey gooey mozzarella, cheese pull was undefeated. Soup was delicious too. I haven't had French onion in ages and it really hit. Then I had the pulled pork slider, which was really good, but BABY... those short rib croquettes? To. Die. For. I also had to get my classic deviled eggs. A little heavy-handed on the paprika, but still solid. Drinks were half off, so of course I indulged. Started with an espresso martini because I needed something to jumpstart my day. Then I had a French martini because duh--I'm a French girl ‍. That one was good. Finished with my classic cosmo. Not gonna lie, I've had better, but it did what it needed to do and helped me forget my troubles for a couple hours. Also great playlist of music. I got there and they were playing Ska. Love me some Reel Big Fish and No Doubt. Mixed with some Motown and Bob Marley. Made me remember the good old days.

I've been to Main Street Patchogue a few times before and I'm always amazed at how it's now like Huntington, with tons of eateries, bars and places to hear live music. It was a busy late Spring Friday night and my cousin told me if we were there just two weeks later (ie, post Memorial Day), there would have been lines to get in anywhere. So make resos! I made one easily earlier that day and when we arrived around 7:30, it was not packed, but it is pretty loud in there even half full. Our waiter, Jonathan, expertly took such great care of us from start to finish, even taking my father's dad jokes in stride. There's a solid cocktail menu, but I had a couple glasses of a better-than-decent prosecco. My cousin loved his espresso martini. For food, count on a couple respectable vegan entrees and I went with the Japanese eggplant with cashew ricotta. The eggplant is delicious, slightly sweet with a creamy rather than chewy (thank god) texture. The cashew ricotta is also tasty, but I do think it needed to be blended a bit more to remove the slightly grainy texture (the cashews might have needed more soaking). My father loved his French onion soup and pastrami sandwich. Separate paragraph for the fries. They deserve it. I'm glad we ordered these to share- it's an enormous platter of them. I appreciated that they were salted perfectly. I appreciate restaurants that can make satisfy a variety of preferences and dietary restrictions. The vibe here is festive and vibrant and a great choice for groups and families.
