First time here at the Soundgarden and this place is awesome. I didn't realize its the old emporium. We came here for WBAB's contractors appreciation party. It was a closed door event so it was a different experience than a regular night because it was sponsored by WBAB they had give always and drink specials. Music was utterly amazing and the food from Sneaky Pete's was fantastic. All the food was hot and fresh and the staff was great. Thank you for hosting this super fun event

Cool new revamped space. For St. Patrick's Day 2019 attended the Corned Beef & Chaos hosted by WBAB 102.3 Long Islands Rock Station. 19th year and holy cow! From a block & 1/2 wait to get in- a mob show. Offered coat check. (Cool) only one bar and despite many bartenders, they couldn't keep up with the demand and bar was at least 4-5 deep before even being acknowledged. Bathroom- men's room, no line whatsoever. Woman's- was 3 wide and went from restroom to top of stairs leading to dance floor- absolutely insane. And atrocious. Noticed an attendant in there however not sure what her job was? No toilet paper in stalls, floor was a disgusting mess (wet, garbage...) And I'm sure the Fire Marshall would have had a hey day inside. Way. Too. Packed. As in you couldn't move at all. Was pushed and bumped like a pinball and of course, getting sloshed on by the full cups of beer that everyone walked around with. Miller Lite were $1 so you saw folks grabbing 3-4 at a time to spare themselves having to wait. All in all- great venue for live shows. O El Amor killed it as the entertainment and the Boys of WBAB hold a soft spot in my heart.

WOW! This place has everything you want in a venue plus more. Between the stage and dance floor, to the full kitchen and bar with an outdoor beer garden, where could you go wrong?! The gourmet style menu is also very inviting, having every item in song titles. My favorites on the menu is "Rock Lobster" (Lobster Mac & Cheese) and "Bless The Wings" (Chicken Wings, I chose Teriyaki flavor). SO DELICIOUS! You need to come here to try the food and see the fun. Such a spacious and inviting place!

Came here the other day to see O El Amor and had an awesome time! Drinks were reasonably priced for a night club and the sound was amazing. Favorite venue to see them play!

Place was very nice , my 1st time here so it was a pleasant surprise , the space is great and 3 bars is useful when out at an event where most drink , the bathrooms were kind of awful for such a nice place , out of service , gross , no one cleaned and no toilet paper , makes no sense. My other complaint was the bartender took an extra 5 bucks for the 2 drinks ordered , was told one price and given the wrong change and I don't think it was by accident , I was a bit annoyed .. I just didn't end up tipping.

My Dad was chomping at the fucking.bit to hear some jazz tonight and as a result, we found out about this place. One of my favorite things about visiting nOLA is the jazz and I almost feel like it's the twilight zone that i can have the live Jazz experience in my home town. Not only that, but everything about our experience, start to finish, was amazing. They enticed us with the live jazz outside..As all of their tables were taken up, our initial strategy was to sit at the bar and hopefully be able to hear the music from inside. Not only did they have a whole band INSIDE the bar playing for those patrons, but we were given the choice of them literally building us a table outside. You can't really go wrong with either choice but due to the absolutely perfect weather outside and my mother's panic phobia about covid, we elected to sit outside. They straight up brought a table and four chairs outside for us to enjoy the band playing outside. The temperate fall air and lively Jazz is an ambiance that is few and far between. We had initially planned on just ordering drinks but were selling what we were buying and dropped a few food menus and had us eating out of their hand. They legit had MOZARELLA FRIED ZUCCHINI B LOSSOMS, some delicious vegetarian ravioli, arancini, and honestly whether you're into steak or farro and kale salad, they can push your.buttons, Both of my parents ordered a spring-roll-like appetizer, one with salmon and one with veggies (extra brownie points for the vegetarian option). My parents some how missed the fact that they were ordering from the appetizer menu and were disappointed in the portion size but absolutely adored the dish. . Even though I talk up and down for about 99% of the time about the fact that I'm "on a diet now" I'm actually full of shit when it comes down to the wire and I absolutely could not resist ordering their fried mozzarella zucchini blossoms which were enveloped in a delicate but delicious outer crust with creamy cheese and zucchini blososms. They were served with an orgasmic tomato sauce with a little touch of pesto. The food was the perfect complement to the musi. They have an interesting cocktail menu as well. I couldn't resist ordering their Frenesi with tequila, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, apple bitters, hard cider. This was served in a cocktail glass with little floating (what I'm assuming is cinnamon fits that almost looked to be sparkles. It was such a beautiful drink and had such a unique flavor. GF initially ordered the All That Jazz with rye, calvados, Demerara syrup, peychaud's bitters,, ango bitters, and up in smoke however we were informed that they did not have all ingredients to make this drink. She went with her second choice, the Jam Session with bourbon, lemon, stone fruit syrup, peychaud's orange peel, Brandie's cherry. I tried this and as a strong bourbon drink, wasn't my immature palate's favorite but I appreciated the combo of bourbon and fruit flavor. Our server was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as excellent as it could possibly be. My Mom was literally obsessed with him and couldn't stop commenting on how well he was taking care of us. Huge shout out to that man right there. I'm so excited that this place exists and GF and I have already decided to keep the local taxi on speed dial for further visits to this place. PS-sorry if this is filled with typos but I was literally too lazy to wear glasses while writing this so I am just typing and hoping for the best.

The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Their service truly stood out and made our celebration feel special. The food was just as wonderful. The atmosphere was perfect for a bridal gathering, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our group and ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. It made such an important occasion even more memorable for my daughter and our guests. I would highly recommend Daisies for anyone looking to host a special event. The excellent service and welcoming staff especially Burnie and the amazing bartenders Devon & Tom. Lilly, Ashley and Bea were beyond amazing!!! They were at my side before I even needed them. Upon arriving, we…read morehad to specifically request the special menu and they only had one copy available despite the restaurant not being busy at the time. We got seated at a pretty small table and asked if we could move to a larger neighboring table and they told us no, that it was reserved for another party (which either was inaccurate or they never arrived because the table sat empty for the two hours we were there). The waitress (a teenage girl dressed in our opinions too scantily, which apparently is the dress code for employees here) did not know the menu well and had to return to our table to ask one of our party members how to spell the drink he ordered because she couldn't find it in the computer (note: it was a very basic spelling/pronunciation of a drink). We were incredibly nervous about placing food orders after that confusion, but fortunately all of our orders were accurate. We came here because I wanted to try the Cap'n Crunch chicken which was a disappointment because it tasted like regular fried chicken. The rest of our food was good, and decent-sized portions. The place was pretty busy and there was to be live music. Something happened though, because the band only played one song and did not resume after that during our visit. The country music played in lieu of the band was quite loud, along with the busy restaurant, so the ambiance was soon a bit loud for my taste but overall good for business that there were so many people there. There were also TVs playing sports during our visit, and I found that many people were fixated on that instead of their dining companions, which I find disappointing in humankind. I'm not in a hurry go back here because I disliked the busy ambiance and the service wasn't great. The food was good but not especially healthy. It was a unique experience for sure; one my friends and I will not soon forget.
