But after Erick was on site just for a few minutes, I got a call from my handyman that said " this guy is a real "di*k"! I wasn't present, so I called Erick to get some clarification. There was some confusion on the time line apparently and I told him I understood that he needed to order the glass, that it would take awhile to get, and that was fine of course. But just seconds of being on the phone with him, and being interrupted and talked over, I understood what my handyman meant and asked Erick to leave my property. Erick is super controlling, domineering and doesn't listen. My employees also said he yelled at everyone on the way out!! WTH !?!?! Enough said.

Thankfully I knew better and decided to get a second opinion. Brought my car here without an appointment and they saw me immediately. Updated Review- I have an ACC (adaptive cruise control) code popping up on my VW Touareg. My…read moremechanic said that Super Low Price Auto Glass has the correct scanner and equipment to sort this complex problem out if it needs recalibrating. I called and spoke with owner and he told me to just drop by when they are open. After scanning the car and obtaining the codes he sat down with me and explained what the possible problems could be. He also checked the wires going to the camera used for the ACC. All of this in about 15 minutes. He couldn't definitively tell me what the issue is but suggested I go to the dealership (rather than back to my mechanic); they will be able to use the two scanners needed to get to the bottom of the problem. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic work he did! This is my second time coming here and both times I have been thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and kindness. I couldn't recommend them more! First Review- Because my headlights were extremely fogged, my mechanic recommended I get my headlights refurbished at Super Low Price Auto Glass. Replacement headlights would cost $1500 apiece! I pulled in on a whim as I was driving by to see if they could actually do anything to make my 2003 headlights clear again. The friendly owner, Nash, told me it would be no problem, it would take about 30-45 minutes, and they could do it right then. I wish I had of taken a before picture but here is the after...they are just like new! I came in at just the right moment because a steady flow of customer traffic came in right as I sat down to wait. I am thankful I took the time to swing in. For less than $100 and 30 minutes, I got brand new looking headlights!

Unfortunate experience. Got a great quote and scheduled an appointment for glass windshield…read morereplacement and got stood up twice. The first time they no-showed, I called when I was waiting outside their location and they said the technician had an emergency. Then they texted back and said it was because I didn't confirm the appt (which a courtesy message notifying me the appt was cancelled would've been appreciated if that was the case), but later texted saying to disregard that and they would do mobile services for the inconvenience. Scheduled them for mobile services for the next day and waited at home for several hours, but then technician had a medical emergency, so they asked me to come back to their main location the next morning. Next morning, no one was available to work on it. In sum, obviously unforeseen medical emergencies are unfortunate, but at that point, just stop scheduling appointments until everyone gets their health stuff figured out? It's an insanely rude waste of time.
