Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.

He has returned before scheduled appointments due to need to reset traps, etc. My rodent situation had gotten quite bad and DIY attempts by me were not working. He has explained a lot about rat behavior, how they are likely getting in and travelling and what his strategy is to rid them as it can vary based on the situation. He's sealed entry points, set traps and outdoor bait stations. I decided to also spray for bugs as I've seen a lot of carpenter ants lately. It's been about a month now and I'm already seeing a lot of improvement. Their customer portal is also really great with a detailed description of what was done at every visit.

The technician who came out was very thorough in checking to see how the mice were entering our garage & basement. He sealed up any access points he could find & set traps. Of course, getting all the mice takes some effort on the homeowners' part (eeeek!), but this co. came out 2 weeks later to see how it was going. (We ended up getting grossed out by mousetraps & instead bought a Rat Zapper ratzapper.com, but that's for another review.) Anyway, let's just say that, through our teamwork, we got rid of the mice. For now. ;) The second time I used Integrity was when we were finding a lot of those BIG spiders in our basement. Eeeks again! the same tech came to our house & sprayed. He told me to get some spider traps, too (why didn't HE bring any?). But a week later, we didn't see any more spiders. And there were just 2 caught in the traps I set up. Oh, BTW, we had a contract w/ Orkin. I cancelled them because they never notified me when they were coming, so I could let them in to spray. But I'll post that review in the appropriate place. besides, I prefer smaller companies to large corporations.
