I appreciate most of all their ethics. Our last review, they pointed out things to me that actually made my premiums go *down* while still providing coverage. I wouldn't have known the difference and I appreciate their ability to do this. Also, the claims process is incredibly easy. I've contacted my agency for a couple claims; things where handled simply with a minimum of my needing to figure out what to do next.
