And that's been our experience since working with our agent, Tippy Sourignavong. From the jump, Tippy demonstrated deep knowledge of insurance products (including terms and conditions that I found confusing), patience (in explaining the differences between policies), and responsiveness (often getting back to me within minutes for any question I had). She found us the best deal among insurers to cover our home, car (and later an additional car), and umbrella insurance from AAA; better than I could have found on my own. Before renewing this year, Tippy reached out, letting me know that she cross shopped my existing coverage across all the insurers and found us a better deal, saving us hundreds this year.
