    Tennis courts

I love these tennis courts. They are quiet, away from busy street traffic and usually available.

As I mentioned before, it is a very nice and safe park to excersize. The only one giant problem is that motor scooters are riding the bike on the walking path. Despite that, there are VERY SMALL SIGNS ard posted NO MOTOR BIKES etc. Maybe the City Council will approve more patrol on the path way. Or perhaps cameras? Cheap ones will do. In the past several months, I have seen only on Police patrol car, driving there. Otherwise, it is very safe, and there are always people around. As an older "gentleman for me," it is very important. A few years ago, I was attacked and kicking beating, laying on the ground. I was 64 years old. The cops could not get quickly because the gates were locked [How stupid lock the gates!]. I am talking about Hart Park. In the City of Orange. Ambulance finally came after about 20 some minutes. I could be dead. No safety concern there. --- Anyway, this park I have walked and keep on walking. So feel free to visit the park. Ps: FYI - New rule in California! You do not have to tiping in any diners or eatery. Yeah!

Update... great night trail runs ‍. Safe fun and refreshing always a blast and pleasure to visit a location that's clean, bright and well visited by families

    Great fields

Love playing here. One it's clean and maintained. Always a competitive but friendly environment. I would almost consider this a hidden gem for softball fields. I love that the fences are high so parking right in front of the field isn't a problem. Bathrooms are clean too!

How do I go about reserving the room?

You have to go to the city of orange office and fill out an application for a permit.

How much is it to rent the picnic pavillion?

This park has 2 playgrounds nestled behind a high school. One for younger kids, one for older kids,…read morenot really designed for toddlers. There is wood chips on the playground, lots of grass- great for soccer, and plenty of shade. There is a baseball field in the back, and a small parking lot with about 15 spots. I did not see a restroom & I did not see swings. It's a nice park, but the surrounding neighborhood is lil sketchy, I wouldn't come here by myself as a woman

Quick & Dirty: Not the greatest park in Orange, but it's better than a parking lot…read more Long & Grassy: Killefer Park is your very basic park. It has a baseball diamond, an open grassy area, some nondescript trees, and a playground. There really isn't too much more to write home about on this one unfortunately. The park is adjacent to a school, and the park also has a "Friendly Center". What this is, I have no idea. I guess its a center where everyone is friendly? Sounds fantastic if you ask me. If you don't ask me, then tough crap. I live not too far from this park and I could see myself taking Lucy over there to play ball with her, let her run around, pee on the grass. Lucy is my grandmother. Totally joking, it's my sister. Again, kidding. Lucy is my Bitch, seriously. Would I go here again? Sure, why not. I gotta let my Bitch out you know. Should you go here? Sure. It's first-come first-serve though when it comes to reservations. BTW, you have to keep your bitch on a leash, it's not a dog park. Later Bitches, Sam
